“I got the hot rod with pasta salad and my mother got the Cali with pasta salad. She believes that her sandwich needed more on it for it being 10 dollars and said the chicken was dry. I absolutely loved my hot rod. I added some cholula to it which may have helped it a little. But it was one of the best restaurant sandwiches I’ve had in a while. Will definitely be back!“

The salad was large! It was chocked full of a variety of vegetables, chicken, feta cheese and mixed with a perfect Greek dressing. It didn’t skimp on the ingredients! The Italian Sandwich didn’t skimp on anything either! It was packed with Italian style meats and great flavorful dressings and condiments. The small bowl of Steak and Roasted Soup was a meal by itself. It was thick, hearty soup packed with roasted garden vegetables.“
“Ruby's has been a Tahlequah staple since early in my college years, and I love that it's thrived. They are known for the house made sour dough bread. They sell loaves of it daily, and if you don't get in there like when they open, they sell out. My go-to is the chicken salad on sourdough. I've never had anything I didn't like. The fresh made cakes/cupcakes are great too. It's on the end of a little shopping center, but in a great location right in the middle of town. The staff are always super friendly. If you're looking for a classic lunch spot, Ruby's ticks every box.“
