Bad service be prepare to just wait there until they feel ready to take your order.. must of just stood there for 5 minute while the cashier walk around won’t ever be back just go to McDonald’s or something it’s a lot better on customer service

Worst service ever. Long time customer and won't ever be back. Was advised it would be a 25 minute wait was fine with that. After an hour of waiting and watching vehicle after vehicle get their order, i decided to go inside to see what was going on. nobody acted like they knew what was going on with my order. Then after digging through tickets they advised it had been taken out I advised nobody has been outside the truck that was behind me had gone inside because he had not received his order either. They came to the conclusion they had gave my order to someone else. I asked for a manager and was advised no manager is on at night time (what kind of business does not have a manager on shift or available). I advised them I wanted a refund they finally they gave it back to me. Highly disappointed in an establishment that use to be a great place to go to and has been a beacon in Tahlequah for so long. I won't be back. If I could leave a negative star review I would.

The last 3 times I been there its really gone down hill on customer service. I understand your busy. I worked in the restaurants and kitchens for a long time. But the cook there made me fighting mad. He was extremely rude to a lady after he screwed up her order twice she was very patient but I almost lost mine. I stood at the counter for 10 mins waiting for a call in order that was ready. Not a single welcome we'll be with you in a min. They acted like I was completely invisible. I finally said all I want is to get my order. They gave me my stuff. Then gave me the total I didn't get the money fast enough so they rolled there eyes and walked off leaving me standing another few minutes until someone else came to help me. The cook has a beard which is uncovered. One kid sneezed covered then never washed his hands disgusting. Won't be back.

Love this place. Burgers, fries, and homemade ranch are awesome! Home cooked taste at a very affordable price. Try their signature ice cream topping krunch coat. Amazing! Takes a few extra minutes to make food, worth the wait.

Took 35 minutes to get a chicken salad and onion rings. It was not bad food, it was just okay. Decent pricing, but the wait time was just insane. The girl at the drive through was a sweetheart though.
This place is the definition of Old school drive-thru / walk-up diner! Food was phenomenal, my pickiest eater couldn't eat his burger fast enough! The Indian taco fry bread was a perfect crisp shell and soft cloud inside, topped with delicious meats and veggies! The footlong Hotdog with Chilli cheese and onion was also phenomenal. Can't wait to visit Tahlequah again to enjoy again!

Hole in the wall burger shack. Great food, reasonable prices, clean, but understaffed. Overall, worth stopping in if you don't mind a bit of a wait.
The food was good, there were like 10 or more orders in front of us so we waited between ten and fifteen minutes, but the food was worth the wait. Friendly staff, clean booths, good company and amazing prices made for a great date night.
