Stopped at Braums around 8:00pm on 2/8/24 food was good but the restrooms were absoutely filthy I cannot believe they would allow such filth in one of their stores.

When they first opened their store, the food, service, and atmosphere were the best in town. Then things get really bad.Lettuce and other vegetables under and around tables. Received stale/cold chicken nuggets, a super thick chocolate shake, and cold fries and gravy(of which was mostly water). Not to sound like it’s something bad, but in this case, the children working have no control and no business handling food or money. It was obvious that waiting 20 minutes and nobody in the drive through, that they needed a good health inspection and clearly a new manager. Sorry not sorry, between carls junior in Shawnee ok and Tecumseh, OK Braums you’re going to have the worst all around experience possible.

Food is great if you've never had Braums before. I'd prefer it over pretty much any other fast food at this point. However, this location is hit or miss at times. Day shift is on point and gets your order right and I never have a problem with. However, if you go for dinner, better check your order, make sure you got all your extras and such. I've had numerous times now where my order was fouled up at night to the point I will drive the extra 10 minutes down the road to the one on Harrison to avoid the hassle.Vegetarian options: The Water and Salad is tasty.
