Got 4 Large Pizzas for Take Out for a Group of workers doing jobs for us. Asked for Well Done on Pizzas since ordering Deep Dish. Spent $80 and Pizza was awful. I wasn’t the only one agreeing to that. On a time schedule so impossible to call management and complain.I’ve always Loved Pizza Hut so dunno what happened guys. Guess we should have gotten super thin crust, maybe it would have been a lot better. Just be aware when ordering out. Don’t leave until your POSITIVE YOUR GETTING WHAT YOU ORDERED. Tecumseh OK. Really disappointed. We’ve eaten here quite a few times but this pizza today had apparently been premade and re-heated in an oven or microwave. Crust was inedible and even the meat was over baked. Too bad. Hello, Mazzios.

Came in the other day and the service was not good, I asked the cashier for a application with a smile and introduced myself, she seemed somewhat grossed out and wasn't friendly, though that doesn't change the fact that the restaurant itself is beautiful and that pizza hut serves great pizza ??

This is one of the best Pizza Hut's I have ever been too. The customer service was great. The employees were very polite and seemed as though they enjoyed working there and were ready to serve us. The food is always HOT and taste great. The place is always very clean! I drive from a town over just to use this Pizza Hut! Great place!!

This place was awesome. My go to for 14 years. Not anymore. Ordered a small order 25 minutes ahead. Said not quite ready. Then 25 more minutes later, drove back throug. Was given pizza . Got home, no cheese or sauce and all 4 mediums burned. I calked about. They daid i would need to wait 2 hours because they are busy. They tried to put the manager on, but never got on the phone. Lady apologized and asked about a credit. I said. How about just make our pizza. Blank for a few minutes. Then i said hello. I just requested a refund at this point.Just garbage pizza. No cheese? NO SAUCE? That's a slice of bread.
They use door dash half our order was missing n we were double charged and no one deals w it cause it's a online order through pizza hut but Doordash runs that part I guess.

Gave it 2 stars because the stuff crust was right.. the boneless wings were so hard we couldn't even eat them & both pizzas were messed up.. called to let them know & customer service was awful!I've ordered from here many times & it was great until the last few months not sure what happened but something needs to change.

On Labor Day weekend 2023 I ordered 2 pizzas. 1 super supreme deep dish and 1 pepperoni pepperoni lovers deep dish. Both were large n also order 2 orders of breadsticks. Neither pizza was deep dish or deep pan. Neither pizza had sauce. The pepperoni had a few pepperoni on it but that’s not what I paid for. I can’t believe how ?up the making of the pizzas were. Do you have to order sauce? As far as the deep pan crust I simply was robbed. I paid somewhere around $70 and only received about $30 worth of pizza. I really want to know how they are staying in business when they rip customer’s off like. This was through the drive thru. If I had been eating inside I would have gotten all my money back or tore some chit up!!! I want feedback from upper management on this or I’ll blast all over social media not to use your business….. Great place to get pizza!! The last time I got pizza, it wasn't the greatest as the crust was burnt, hardly any cheese or toppings and on 2 slices, the breading was missing on the bottom of the pizza, but there was crust and cheese stuck to the cardboard. Other than that, they usually do great!
