best fast food stop in the business. All the ice cream we loved about 1 min from this location for 3 months and ate here almost every evening. We don't have Braums in IL so it truly was a treat

It's reasonably priced, and the quality is above and beyond!!!! JUST LOOK AT THE PICS OF THE ICE CREAMS I POSTED..LOL, The burgers and fries are always hot, and TOOOO GOOD! I have visited other BRAUMS and so far IMHO the service, and quality of food has been very consistent, and above. I'm glad that BRAUMS remains old fashioned in their own way, which is a VERY way too..Enjoy EVERYONE!?❣️?!
Just curious-I bought 2 Gallons of milk for $6.00 -2/5-went to open today the 2 nd Gallon - the seal was not there -can I get it

Came in and stood in the ice cream line, was never acknowledged in any way by the 3 employees in the front. The girl at the register didn’t even know the girl at the ice cream counter’s name…she yells out to the other employee a question about her and the male employee says who, the female employee replied herrr. It was like watching unsupervised children

I love Braum's. I do prefer the burgers the old fashioned way they were made but the new way is tasty as well. Thus particular location gets a 5 star rating from me because the manager Caleb went out of his way to find out if I could use my ebt card for grocery pickup. He and the other employee that answered the phone were very patient and kind and you just don't find that kind if service very often this day and age.

This Braum's was the best hands-down. They had cute decor on the tables which I have seen in no other location, the staff and crew were laughing and having a good time and seem to genuinely enjoy working together. As you can see from the dining area, it was well maintained, and I would certainly recommend anyone stopping in and paying them a visit.
This Braum's location is excellent. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich combo with fries and a chocolate milkshake. The quality of the meal is great especially considering the price of it as well. My total was less than $9. I've only had one issue with this location. If one comes at night one may receive a milkshake that isn't made well. It tasted great but the employee used a very small amount of ice cream as it mostly contained milk.

This is my neighborhood Braum's, but I rarely go there because it is always an awful experience. Today I stopped to pick up breakfast because my plans had just changed. Ordinarily I wouldn't do this, but I said to myself, "how bad could it be." The rest of the cars had pulled around to the window and I was expecting to be asked for my order, but I waited .. and waited. Then I called "Hello" several times. Finally I gave up and pulled around to the window. The person opened the window and continued to have an argument with another employee. Finally I tried to tell her that I had waited at the order spot, but she just looked angry, so I gave up and placed my order. She continued her argument with the other employee only stopping to tell me how much I owed. She said no other word to me. Then I waited a long time for my order of two biscuit sandwiches. The woman shoved the bag at me angrily, but she did say "thank you." I avoid this Braum's as much as possible. I only go to the Braum's on North May if I am at Belle Isle Library or the one on 23rd Street if I am at Bethany Library. I wish they would either put people there who can be professional at work or close this one down completely. I can't be the only one in our neighborhood who feels this way.

I was jonesing for a milkshake & needed dinner, and thought these guys would be kinda like Culver's... well, they're not. The food was ok / fine, but wow, definitely the absolute worst shake I've ever had. Really foamy, and just tasted mass-produced.
