I ordered two Cheesy Gordita Crunches and a Baja Blast. The drink was fine, but I was not prepared for the utter disappointment that was the Cheesy Gorditas. The lettuce was dry, it was unnecessarily messy, and the crispy taco shell that was meant to be in the middle was nonexistent. How do you forget the "crunch" of a Cheesy Gordita Crunch?! I felt dirty after eating this, as if I had committed a heinous murder like I had gutted a pregnant woman, played jump rope with her innards, and dumped it all into a woodchipper. I'm never coming back here. At least the servers were nice.

I could not believe it I went up to the Counter to order and there was literally a list of things that they were out of printed on Paper and taped to the computer screen so I left.

Clean the frickin lobby once in a while. A small bucket with soap and water and a clean rag to begin with and away you go. The front doors could use at least about annual wipe down. Paint be coming off they're so filthy

Best Taco Bell that I ate at. They were super busy and still made my order as if it was a gourmet dish. The staff did not seem stressed out or overwhelmed and were super kind and friendly.
