I’ve been ordering meals on and off from here for four months now. This place consistently makes delicious and healthy food. Their ordering system is simple, there is always great food available even if you just want to walk in and grab a single meal, and everyone that works there is really kind.I’ve tried other local meal prep places both here and other places that I’ve lived, and nothing comes close to the meals from AMP!

Aesthetic Meal Prep is absolutely wonderful for me. As a single woman who does not like to cook, meal prep is an option that allows me to eat healthy, have portion control, and allows me the freedom to not pine over what I want to eat each meal. The price point is very appealing as well. Overall, I use Aesthetic Meal Prep as my main source of daily nutrition, and supplement with healthy snacks. In addition, there is a wide variety and rotating menu each week, so I never get tired of the meals. I recommend it for anyone who is trying to watch their weight, eat healthy, and not overdo it.

I am so thrilled with their food so far!!! The first time I ordered was on Door Dash, but then I discovered their bulk meals. So far, I've had the Chicken Empanadas, Strawberry Cream Cheese Rollups, Ground Turkey, Ground Beef, Ground Beef, Strawberry Cobb Salad, and a couple others I can't recall at the moment. They have all been WONDERFUL! Fresh and well cooked while keeping the fat and carbs down at a reasonable price! It's almost as good as a personal chef!!!
