Pros: Food was fresh, pretty flavorful, portion sizes were great, vegetarian options available, cookies were fresh & chewy.Cons (room for improvement): Customer service wasn't the greatest. This was my first time here today; when I walked in, both young ladies at the counter looked at me and said nothing. I greeted them, and then they said hello. The other girl seemed a bit irritated when I was asking if an item was available that I saw online- thankfully she walked to the back, and the girl who finished my order seemed somewhat more friendly. They were pretty monotone with the other customers who walk in as well (although they did greet them upon walking in), so maybe they all were just tired?Lastly, the majority of the tables had visible crumbs on them- so I just stood up (as I waited for my food) instead of sitting down; the tables hadn't been wiped down.Other than that. I'd def come back for the food.

My daughter and I just arrived in Tulsa. Bakery items were average, but the service was terrible. I hate to go in some place and the waiter acts like it is a pain to wait on me. We will not be returning. She got a min tip. Not that I think she cared. I’m really disappointed too.

I have come to Antoinette’s twice for my dad’s birthday party cakes. Both times they were big hit. This year I did the German chocolate with buttercream icing and I everyone was asking who did the cake!! Thanks again for the quick service and ease of ordering.

My friend gave me a French Silk pie, from your bakery, for my birthday. It was BEYOND delicious. The crust was insane. I can't recommend enough.
Antoinette offers a delightful café atmosphere complemented by attentive and amiable staff. However, there is room for improvement in the quality of their baked goods, which occasionally fall short of expectations. During my recent visit, the cookies I purchased for my daughter were either overbaked or stale, leaving much to be desired.If I may add one suggestion, please carmelize the sugar on kouign amann! While I'm not an hardheaded traditionalist, caramelized sugar is considered an essential element of this pastry.Antoinette you are a wonderful bakery and cafe. I just know you can do better!

What a great bakery in Tulsa. I got some of the baked goods. The chocolate chip cookie was delicious.There's nice tables and booths to post up and read or work on your computer, as well. Tons of sunlight. And several tables outside for nicer weather.
