I always order ahead on the app for lunch to make it faster. Today I saw 3 cars in the drive thru so I went inside. As soon as I walked in I saw my sandwich’s waiting to be bagged. I waited for the girl to help all 3 drive thru cars before she even asked me if she could help me. Terrible service and I was almost late back to work.

Place has changed drastically and in the bad way.Ordered meat mountain from 21st and 129th location, orders meat mountain and jalapeno poppers,While the jalapeno poppers were hot and amazing, that's the only thing good about the purchase.Meat mountain was served on bread instead of a bun,Wasn't hot or semi hot everything was cold.Asked if they could microwave it, but was denied due to company policy, which I get, I guess?Not asking for anything special, just asking for it to be semi hot,I get that the people don't like serving meat mountain or something,The woman in back wasn't exactly happy when I ordered it, while the front receptionist was amazing,Could do better :/

Best experience I’ve had at an Arby’s in a long time. The food was hot and fresh and the customer service was even better. Seriously, every employee I dealt with was amazing! As long as I don’t have it coming out of both ends like I did last time I ate Arby’s, then I give my visit a 10/10.

I ordered a gyro sandwich and curly fries. Should have been very simple and easy. I'd never had their gyro sandwich before,but know what one is supposed to be like. It was an absolute sloppy mes. The sauce was everywhere it was absolutely all over my hands. Not only that, the curly fries looked and tasted like they'd been re-dipped into the oil to heat them up. Don't do that! They were greasy and over-fried and tasted like oil. This was not a good visit. That being said, I visit this restaurant now and then, and usually, everything is perfect. But this experience was not.
Night shift has terrible service served me undercooked Buffalo chicken never gets my order right ... went to order dude on the mic kept saying anything else anything else after order one item at a time . They need trained more an have patience take in consider on your

When we came in there was no one in the kitchen to serve us. They were all in the back playing on their phones. Took over 10 minutes to be served. After we got served he rung us up for a roast beef when we asked for a beef and cheddar. He didn't ring us up for our loaded fries we had ordered and made us pay for it when we were already waiting over 15 minutes for our meal. We were not even greeted. Won't be back to this location. I'll just go to the one on 41st. Terrible terrible service
