Was not able to even get in to this location nor go thru the driveway. Tried 3 separate times. Why is the lobby never open and why is the driveway always backed up?

Drive by here often and have been wanting to stop and give it a try. 3:30 pm on a Monday. They were open but the lobby was locked both doors. See no reason for it. Maybe they're just lazy and Dont serve walk-ins.

Really needs corporate to come evaluate this place. It’s supposed to close at 10pm, got there at 9pm and their “grill was down”. I’ve worked fast food, come up with a better excuse.

I used to like long johns but I went a couple of evenings ago and ordered take out rice corn 2 pieces of fish. They gave me 2 rice. They must have had some fish left over. My fish was burned to a crisp vrry tiny piece of fish lots of burned batter horrible couldn't eat it threw it in the trash you can tell it was old stuff that should have been thrown away.6 months ago I went and my fish was raw. I guess you shouldn't order takeout you don't want to drive. Back to complainIt was over 9 dollars pure trash. I 99% of the time give good reviews but hopefully others haven't had the bad experience I has here. I should have learned from the first time. Most places the owners call you and thank you but this is the 2nd time I posted. Whoever is the owner is won't respond because he or she don't care. Hopefully others read this and go to a better place.

I didn't rate the food as their hours say they are open, but...they for some reason only the drive through. Its a Saturday at 4:00PM. The drive through is long blocking traffic and staff is inside sitting on the counter!
Food is always delicious! This place reminds me of "Arnold's" restaurant from the Happy Days TV show. Very cool atmosphere, vintage vibes, good casual dining with friendly fellow customers. The only downside is how long it takes to actually get your food. Definitely not the fastest service possible. I've waited in line at least 20 minutes just to place my order every time I've come here and at least another 20 minutes to receive my food. Overall though, it's a nice place and worth the wait.

Lobby closed on 4/5 at 2:40pm. Waited in line for 45 minutes. Hope regional managers/ owner reads this. Saw 3 people leave while sitting here.

One guy , ONE GUY, was running the whole place. Abdul is the man. He kept the place going when no one wanted to show up and I give him props for that. Good food.
