Fresh, delicious, healthy options. Always love visiting with the owners, who are usually there making your food.

This is probably my favorite lunch spot in Tulsa when I'm looking for food that leaves me feeling better, not worse. Nothing "chain" about it - just kind folks, quaint deli environment, and fresh and tasty food. I'm in usually 1-2b times a week and I've never been disappointed.Vegetarian options: Vegans and vegetarians will easily find something delicious here.

Well, it was a healthy meal until my wife spotted the cookies. The parking is a little tight, the small dining area can be a little noisy, the food is legit: fresh and healthy. Two wraps for us; the Baja Chicken and the Mediterranean Chicken, both packed with fresh ingredients and dressing. A heathy delicious option. And the outstanding homemade cookies….One Lavender and one Chocolate Chip. Our reward for eating healthy! This little shop has been in business for 50 years! I think they are doing it right!

While traveling the country, my husband and I camped in our RV at the fairgrounds for the Tulsa State Fair! Other than corn on the cob with no butter, the fair food is highly processed and rich. Fortunately Big Al's is right around the corner! We walked over (about a 10 min walk) and had a fantastic lunch. I thought the vegan "chicken" salad was the most flavorful one I've had yet! The herb seasoning was so on point. The texture was great too; I adored the taste and crunch of chopped almonds mixed in it. My husband had a wrap that was on special, and like it a lot. I'm a huge fan of carrot juice, and was glad they offered it and other fresh pressed juices on the menu. It paired perfectly with my sandwich. #Veganuary

The only Turkey wrap I’ve ever had that left me wanting more. This is one of the few places in town where I can satirist my craving for sprouts on a sammich. I love this place: the service is quick and friendly, the quality is rock solid, and it reminds me of an older, sans-pretense Tulsa. If you’re in the area, it’s a must for lunch.

Great food and atmosphere. If your looking for a little golden nugget of a place this is it. The staff are very knowledgeable and quick. They seem to all know their menu and can customize your order to your taste buds. The only rough thing with this place is their parking and I'm not docking them for it as they can't help it. Please don't let this be a reason not to try though. You will love it. If you don't, shame on you. Lol no I promise you will be impressed. They have been there since I was a little boy and I'm 41 now. They were Healthy before Healthy became popular. Vegan friendly.Vegetarian options: I'm pretty sure, not positive that you can make any of their dishes vegan. Last time I was in there they had a special of some kind of really good Humus. My wife is Vegan and she loves this place.Parking: Parking is the ONLY complaint I have with these peopleKid-friendliness: They have smoothies that kids would like and they have plenty of roomWheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair access

It’s sad there are no vegan restaurants in Tulsa. You should clarify your listing as this restaurant sells meat.

The Tuscan Turkey sandwich or wrap are delicious. I also enjoy their hummas and vegan cookies they have sometimes. The staff always recognizes me and remembers my food allergies.

They have the greatest customer service and the food is even more amazing. They even have home made cookies and VEGAN cookies for people who are vegan. They really do care about their customers. Every time I make a pick up order they memorized my order and makes it so much easier then it has to be, 10/10 recommended.
