My brisket was perfectly prepared and my turkey was succulent and since I had both KINDS of potato salad, Each type was DELICIOUS AND FRESH and the STORE was CLEAN and WELL stocked.
I work near here and the last hour of my shift I was starving and craving the Loaded Spud. Good god if it did not deliver exactly what I had been waiting on. So good, and such kind employees.

The chili is exceptional. One of the best Frito Chili pies I've had. Can't beat the sauce. The GameDay meat combo options are my go to for tailgating or having people over for the game. BOOMER SOONER!

Billy Sims is bomb. I got brisket, pulled pork, a hot link, mac and cheese, and beans and it all tasted great. The included sauce was really good too. The online ordering was easy to use and the food was ready when I arrived. The service was polite and the store appeared clean.

The food was great. The guy making the food uses a very gruff tone when taking orders and communicating with other staff and customers on the phone. It feels as if you’ve annoyed him by trying to order. It made for an uncomfortable, silent dining experience for my family. He did seem to take pride in the food and asked how it was at the end.
Every time I ask for mixed sauce they never have it so I get mild and I never get it at least the last 16 times I've eaten billy sims. I have never had my order done

Well, here we are again! LolThere constantly seems to be an issue with this location, and it is not the product it’s not the smoked meat, brisket and the ribs taste great it’s the customer service is the wait time is the speed of service ,, they just can’t seem to pinpoint the issues and correct them. It’s not that the staff is unfriendly. I would say a knowledgeable slow but hey if you got 20 minutes to wait to get a quarter pound of chopped brisket and then another 10 minutes because she didn’t do my order and started fulfilling the orders of the three people behind me and I saw them get their food and leave and I finally said where is my order oh, I’m sorry I forgot! LolEventually, I’m going to have enough I think I’m just about there ,,
