I ordered a pasta ? and it was supposed to include a garlic bread but it never arrived, I asked the waiter and he told me he was going to check, he never came back! I asked another waitress and she told me she was going to check and when she came back she told me that there was no more bread and that's why they hadn't served me from the beginning, but she didn't even offer me an apology or anything else instead of the bread. ...

Don't waste your time. My husband & I both ordered chimichangas with grilled chicken. The chicken was so overcooked that it was really hard to chew. Im really disappointed. We won't be back. Waitress was nice.

We eat every week at the 71st location, but went to the Memorial store this week. Food ingredients and preparation were not what was on the menu, and I got a bit of pushback when I asked for corrections. The restroom was filthy, and at 6 pm, we were 1 of 3 tables,, which says something. The wait staff was pleasant and attentive except on the one issue.
