The experience was horrible. Had a party of 18 people. Pastas were all dry. Waited 10 mins for more sauce. And still was dry after manager brought more. Beverages were not refilled with out at least 3 requests. Managers did not assist servers. And it was clear they were struggling BAD. Tickets were all mixed up. Servers asked for items ordered from each of us 3 different times. Another server walked off with an attitude. Tickets were not separated correctly. Parties more than 2 they don’t handle well at all. Food wasn’t good.

We tried to like this place, but it is time to say enough is enough. We have been overcharged for wine _every time_ we visit this place. Every time. They again charged us for the wine we had never ordered (Resiling instead of Checchi). Getting wine takes half an hour. Refill comes only after several reminders. Moreover, they charged us for an additional appetizer we have never ordered. It was no fun to discuss all this with stuff. If you want to go to the restaurant to have a rest and relax after a work week and be charged for what you ordered, this place is not for you as you will always be tricked and leave this restaurant with a bad aftertaste. We tried to convey it to the management several times, but they do not care.

Ended up here after hearing 1.5hr waits for a two top at Texas Roadhouse, told them nope and walked across the street to this wonderful place. Haven't ever been to a Carraba's so the whole experience blew my mind a little. Hands down the best service I've had in the Tulsa area since I moved here in 2018. Frantz was a knowledgeable, very accommodating server that never was away from his area, kept checking to make sure we were fine without interrupting anybodys meal, and the one issue we had with our entrees was dealt with sincerity and immediate resolution by the owner directly. I've never had service anywhere near that in Tulsa before and the food was delicious and quick to the table. We will be definitely back!
