Very chaotic. Had to have two people to place our order because the first didn’t speak English! Second person had to correct everything on BOTH orders. They didn’t know the menu so I had to load menu on my phone while simultaneously driving forward. I’ll get Cane’s from now on. Much less stressful. Why don’t you have people at the window that can speak English take the orders? Also, why don’t you have some kind of menu to look at instead of expecting people to spout off what they want?!
I did not like that I just got out of school today and I go there to get some lunch and I’m waiting in the drive-through and I get asked is everything OK like I’m just waiting in a drive-through just to be waiting there for no reason I felt stupid because they asked me That question when I ordered and paid for my food and I said, light ice on my lemonade, and it was watered down very terrible service

The place was packed and the drive-thru lines were long, but the service was high quality and quick! Our group of 10 got our food shortly after ordering. The staff was efficient and kind.
Although Chick Fil-a is friendly, fast, and has good food, this location gets our family’s orders correct only about 50% of the time. Accuracy is not their strong suit.

Food is great as always but I am getting a tad concerned about the prices. I shouldn't pay as much for lunch as I would at a Chili's, Applebee's or similar restaurant for fast food. This isn't Gordon Ramsey's Chick-fil-A. Might want to do some coupons or better bundle meal pricing.
Food and service was awesome as always. Don't be discouraged by the long line of cars waiting in the drive-thru. They have employees working outside and inside that get your order to you quicker and more accurately than most places and their politeness leaves you feeling very good about stopping there. The only less-than-perfect thing I noticed is how the drive-thru looks from the outside. Due to the temporary traffic props and structures added to the drive-thru, it looks a bit chaotic and clustered and may discourage someone from stopping there for fear of it being a hassle to enter/exit the parking lot. I get it though....Clearly, the amount of business they have is greater than the parking lot space they have to work with, which is a testament to the their awesomeness! ? Also, I understand it was necessary to add an additional lane for the drive-thru so customers can be served in a timely manner. Believe me, we appreciate that!❤️ I'm just suggesting that you find a bigger location that allo!ws you to continue to grow/expand and gives you enough space to display an exterior image that matches the superb quality and service you're cooking up on the inside! Keep up the excellent work, Chick-fil-A. Oh, and for the record, NO, I don't work there and I was not paid to write this! I just love good service and good chicken!
