The staff was very nice and helpful. I loved the various selections on their menu. I went with the Memaw's Pecan Pie cinnamon roll. It was absolutely delicious! The atmosphere was very inviting. Cinnaholic is a nice place to sit, soak up the vibes, and relax a bit.

This was our first time here at this location. And the rolls are awesome, and that's pretty much it.As for the customer service well we aren't going there for that, so I'll just leave it here.The atmosphere is clean and neat, but from the previous paragraph it does affect the atmosphere.Oh well, there are plenty of other places that not only offer sweets but are sweet with their attitudes.UPDATE: My wife wanted to come back, and when we did It made up for the first experience. We met the owner, and he was awesome! Although he didn't have to; he treated us for some of the desserts that he sells. We were going to buy but we took him up on his generous offer.We were absolutely shocked.Yep, we'll definitely be back. Thank you for taking care of us Philipe.

This roll was so good I about burst into tears! I got a BYO roll with cream cheese frosting, berries, and jam! My girlfriend got the signature tiramisu roll and it that was delicious too! Can’t wait to come back!

I ordered 2 hours in advance. When I got there, it wasn't prepared yet. No biggie. It'll be fresh and warm. Unfortunately, maybe it was too warm. The icing melted within 7 minutes. I saw no strawberries in my strawberries and cream roll, just strawberry syrup. Presentation was underwhelming. The tropical bliss role was good, though! Bananas added a nice flavor.
