Cobbler is really good, but hours are inconsistent. I went today 1/6 at 1:20 and the shop is closed. My girlfriend has also went before during the listed hours and the shop was closed.

Me, my husband, and daughter visited the Cobbler Mom on a recent trip to Tulsa. We love trying new places and decided to visit the really cute place in the Greenwood district (Black Wall Street). The restaurant was small but very clean. There was a menu that had several types of cobblers listed and lunch items: beans and cornbread, beef tips and cabbage, and turkey burgers. Not a lot of choices but I picked this particular place because my husband loves sweets.To our surprise the only item for lunch was the turkey burgers, so we all had turkey burgers. They were a little more than warm but not hot and they were a bit dry but had a good flavor. We were all given Fritos (I will never eat those), and there were no substitutes for the chips. Next was the peach cobbler and apple cobbler. I guess my expectations were too high, because the base for the cobbler was not thick, it was slightly thicker than the juice you get from can peaches.The owner was pleasant, held a nice conversation with us, and was very accommodating. Brought food to the tables in takeout boxes (which was fine because I always get a box to go), she brought out bags, with the spoons inside, and paper towel roll for the table, so if you are a person who is COVID sensitive you cannot find a cleaner place.Because this is a Black Owned business and we really enjoy supporting local businesses, we may consider trying again when we are in town. Perhaps this was just an off day for the establishment.

Everything was wonderful! We went for some Tasty Cobbler and ice cream and ended up getting the turkey Burger and the Beef tips and cabbage! Everything was flavored to perfection and portions were good and filling! Service was great too!

As I was preparing to visit Greenwood, I came across Cobbler Mom during my search and put it on my list to visit. I have to tell you it was better than expected. The crust and filling was AMAZING!! It's a must try if you visit the area. And the owner has the best personality and service!!! I pray that God continue to send business her way.

Do you love cobbler? Don't walk right by this spot, home of the most delicious fruit cobbler I've ever tasted. Today Joyce offered up apple, blackberry, cherry and peach cobbler. I had the peach and it was hot, sweet and yummy. And she sells on the web too - so I'm thinking major gift potential.

If you have never tried her pies you are truly missing a golden treasure. Just enough crust to fruit. Tried the cherry and Peach pies. OMG Just try it for yourself. Try them at the upcoming Taste of Oklahoma . May 5, 2023. Joyce is so down to earth.. Loved my experience there.
