Real fun time. Not a modern diner, appears to have an atmosphere accepting of everyone, and a simple menu done very well. Can’t go wrong with anything you order here. Well worth your patronage. In fact, we had Ethan Hawke eating at a table right next to us. That was cool.

Had a phenomenal dinner at dilly diner tonight the French dip was fresh and hot and I really enjoyed it. Our waitress was kind and funny. She did forget a couple things, but all around was pretty spot on. The cinnamon roll was so delicious I almost died.

Grabbed a quick lunch there with a colleague. Wait staff was incredibly helpful with customizing my order of a grilled ham & cheese + tater tots (not something normally on their menu). Our food was delivered hot, fresh, and incredibly tasty!

Blood Mary was amazing and they had sweet fresh squeezed OJ! The waffles were done perfect and I had the chicken and waffles with spicy honey and peppered butter. Very good!! Wish we could have had dinner there too!

I ate here at lunchtime. It was a little busy. Got lucky on being able to park on the street. Way cheaper than the lot behind the restaurant ($1.50 vs $8.00). I got the Huevos Rancheros. It was good. I would order it again. I didn’t give it a 5 because it wasn’t the best I’ve ever had but it was good. The service was just ok. They seemed a little short handed. The hostess who also ended up being my waitress seemed put out because I asked for a booth and she attempted to seat me at table that has one side like a booth. She grants half a booth. I was like, I asked for a booth. There were several open.Atmosphere wise, I thought it was just OK.Parking: Would highly recommend parking on the street. If you park in the lot behind the restaurant, it’s a min $8 for 4 hrs. On the street, I did an hour and a half and it was $1.50. A lot cheaper. But there might not be any spots so you’ll be forced to park in the parking lot.
First time visiting Dilly Diner, and we were impressed. I ordered a sf vanilla latte, and it was the best I've ever had if you like sweet. We ordered the breakfast burrito, French toast with Bourbon Carmel sauce and bananas, and a side of biscuits and gravy. Our server Cody was great, even though he was really busy.The only complaint we had was it was chilly outside, and where we sat inside the air conditioner was blowing right on us, and it was freezing.
