Went to get coffee, seemed like three people didn't know what was on their menus, they had no expression on their face when receiving what we ordered and we were missing some of our order

Gone are the good ole days of Dunkin in Tulsa. Visited this location twice in last 2 weeks. 1st time-delayed response in drive thru, out of Munchkins-had to substitute. Out of pancakes as well. Person at window barely spoke to me. I was told continual truck delivery changes were the issue. 2nd time-delayed response in drive thru again.
