The first thing I noticed was that El Arepaso Venezuelan Café is a well kept clean little shop. Tidy, pleasantly decorated. Order at the counter, pay at the counter. The food is served on disposable tableware and the drinks are bottled. The young lady working the counter was very nice. The food…..I have found my Venezuelan soul food meal at El Arepaso Venezuelan Café, the “Pepito.” When I saw the picture of that beef sandwich covered in “potato stix,” I was pulled in. It was no disappointment. Tender lean chopped steak, lettuce, onion, cheese, bell pepper, some of every kid of sauce they have, and of course potato stix! The sandwich is put in a press, smashing the soft sub style bun to about a quarter of an inch thick; finished with a toasty crust. An explosion of flavor. The best Venezuelan food item I have eaten. You will throw rocks at a Philly Cheese Steak sandwich, once you have had this. I hoovered it up!My wife went for the Pabellon Empanada. A boring looking fried pie thing. How deceptive. It was another phenomenal Venezuelan food item. Shredded beef, plantains, black beans, cheese, wrapped in a thick handmade corn tortilla, deep fried, served with a perfect avocado flavored sauce on the side. My wife raved about how good it was, while she was eating it, and all the way home!

Cashier and waitress need more education, if you are running a business, make sure you are pleasant and polite with the costumers. Food was not that bad but the service will keep me away.

The attention was pleasant and attentive as was the service. Regarding the food, it was not what I expected, a little disappointing, and for its prices it is really not worth it.

Food is ALWAYS top notch! Delicious arepas and empanadas, literally hot out of the kitchen! I usually get the chicken avocado arepa with the cheese empanada. Looking to try more flavors soon! Counter service and food is quickly brought to your table.

The attention of the cashier is horrible, arrogant, I don't know what she thinks, she doesn't answer the questions and the food was reheated at midday that was supposed to be fresh, I really don't recommend it nor will I go again
