My son can’t eat gluten without getting a high fever. Every taco stand I have ever been to happily replaces their flour quesadilla with a corn tortilla for him. The woman straight up refused to do that even though I would happily pay for it. She argued that they only have little corn tortillas. I said that I would happily take a small one and still pay normal price. She was rude and said it wasn’t on the menu and so she wasn’t going to make an exception.

The food was awful I ordered tripa (beef tongue) and they fried them. Iv never had a fried tripa street taco and iv had alot of different taco trucks before. But the main problem is they fried them to the point it was like trying to bite into a rock and even tasted so burnt, you can even see it in the pictures I took. Do not recommend.

Hey I gotta question ❓ since when did we start putting Parmesan cheese on Mexican ? food ? Maybe before you do that you should ask!! Courtesy to those who may not like cheese especially Parmesan!!!I ordered 4 gorditas 18 dollars and I got a very lack luster plate of food.As though they premade them and kept them in the oven until someone ordered BiG LYou always cook this food fresh to go!!!!On top of that the chicken and steak was slightly burnt!!! NO BUENO!!! and coldThe bread was tough NOT FRESH!!!! and for goodness sake DO NOT PUT PARMESAN CHEESE ON CUSTOMERS order without asking!!!The food was disgusting

This is probably the most overrated, mediocre food truck I've ever had, I ordered cow tongue street tacos and a few other items, they were all cold leftovers from an order someone clearly didn't want, they literally called my number in 2 minutes, thats how I knew this place was full of it, I highly recommend if you are looking for good authentic mexican...DO NOT COME HERE!! Trust me on this!

Consistency is key and this place always delivers. If you haven't had a california burrito from here then you haven't really lived. The Torta is to die for and the tacos are amazing. The flavors they deliver are always the same and I absolutely love this taco truck. It's hard to find others equally as good.
