First time at casa tequila. The food was good, but my waitress was not. She never, not 1 time offered to refill my drink and I also had a Long Island ice tea and she never asked if I wanted another one and I was going to drink 1 more.She took my plate when I was going to take my food to go. She took my daughter’s plate when I said I was going to take her food to go. We had separate checks and she handed us one check which was fine because she didn’t know. We waited and waited and waited for her to come back so we could get the checks right and she never did until we finally decided that I would pay the others back. Then, I’m assuming when she saw the card in my son in laws hand she came and took it real fast. Never offered to refill any drinks at all. The food wasn’t bad, but won’t go back based on the waitress. Not a good experience at all.

I ate lunch with a friend at this restaurant last week.First, let me say, the food was very good. I would eat at this establishment again.Second, the host was exceptional, he was on top of it! Often times I recognized he was over compensating for some slack with the rest of the wait staff.Finally, the servers were okay, but not great. We asked for more salsa I think four times before we received more. If that was the only issue, no big deal, but it wasn’t. At one point, I asked for another set of silverware (I needed another napkin. - Birria though delicious, is very messy to eat.) The server flat out rolled his eyes at me. Incredibly disrespectful. Hence the two stars for service.

The food was good server was good but someone added an extra $10 to their pocket by changing the tip and totalI tipped $5 and when my amount adjusted on my bank account it adjusted for an extra $15 meaning someone added $10 to the tip amount.
