We came around 1PM and left at 3:30PM because the restaurant's atmosphere was so great and cool we were in no hurry to leave. We enjoyed a few snacks, drinks, and a meal and all were impeccable. All I can say is we have now found a spot for delicious bites and chilling.

The manager was hateful, went table to table asking people to leave because they needed the tables. This was during a slow time not like a lunch rush. We waited for over an hour for a table because we didn't check in on line. Service was awful. We eat here on a regular basis. However after this we will never grace the door of this place ever again

Very Good food, great service, a little pricey. Definitely a very good place to dine. Waitress we're very responsive and attentive.

It's good food, but I need alcohol or some mimosas during brunch and I don't think they have anything like that.

Best pancakes around! First watch is my kiddos favorite place to go to get pancakes. the service is excellent and the staff is always so friendly.

I was at your Tulsa location on Friday. Ordered the carnitas burritos, coffee and the morning meditation. Not only did you sit me in a corner as a woman of color, but my waitress was horrible (3x at this location and the service is still horrible. South Carolina is much better and the staff is better educated), but I ate maybe a quarter of the burrito, took the rest to go (which ended in the garbage) and was horribly sick all weekend. I want my money refunded. Period!!

Amazing breakfast. Lots of health food options. I had the Lemon Ricotta Pancakes which were delicious and not overly sweet. We also ordered the AM Powerbowl with Chia seed pudding and Peanut butter toast, traditional breakfast with sausage and the Elevated Egg sandwich. All were along with Colombian coffee. The waitress and service was great. I will definitely go there when i am back in Tulsa again. I highly recommend people to try their Lemon Ricotta pancake. It's a huge portion and can be split among two or you can eat as dessert

A little pricey. Food was delicious. Salad with an omelet was definitely different than I'm used to. Friendly staff.

For the first time I was a little disappointed. I gave 4 stars because of whatever difficulty they faced operating during the pandemic. My food wasn't horrible but still not as good as usual, the coffee was NOT good at all, and the service was friendly but lacking because I had to ask for everything needed to enjoy my meal. I will be back and hopefully improvements will be made by then. Still a decent place to eat during this pandemic.

First of all, I really hate when I ask for spinach to be added to an order and restaurants put cold hard spinach in my food. Do we not sauté spinach anymore?? Anyways, I came here for a quick bite. I'm totally shocked at the fact that they do not offer alcoholic beverages. Is it one of those weird Oklahoma laws?? Food was decent, a bit bland, and the size of the onions in my dish were overwhelming. I know it wasn't a first time mishap because I've ordered this a couple of times here and got the same size onions. I'm not in love. I asked for an iced coffee with almond milk. Apparently they only serve cows milk. Another woman across from me asked for a milk substitute too. I've eaten first watch hundreds of times in Texas and I like it there way better. Get with the times people!
