We absolutely loved this place. Every single thing we ordered was perfect. We are from New Orleans, and have a hard time finding authentic tasting gumbo and red beans, but it was spot on. The fish and shrimp were fried to perfection. The sweet potato casserole was perfect. Even their sauces are excellent. Our waitress was upbeat and friendly, and it was an overall wonderful experience at an unexpectedly great price. We will come back every time we are in the area.

I hate leaving a review like this when this could have been avoided. The experience took place on a Wednesday evening , 6pm. We were a party of 4, my brother called ahead. By the time me, mom, and dad got here my brother was already seated. However our party went up to a 6 top. We explained this to the hostess and gave up our 4 person table. The hostess did write it down and gave us a 30 minute wait time. It was getting increasingly busy, a couple of 5 tops came in, another 6 top, and a couple of 2 tops. These tables were getting seated. I assumed they had reservations (they don't take reso's). At 630pm I asked the hostess how much longer, she said they were getting the table ready for us... 640pm , my brother asked what was going on. The hostess explained they were waiting on a group of ladies to get up and that would be our table. At 650pm we asked to speak to a manager. We explained to the manager what happened, she apologized, and said 'let me see what I can do' .At this point, everyone was hungry. It was starting to become a poor experience. What could they really do? What should have happened, didnt. We were celebrating my mom's birthday. ( my brother did get my mom a cocktail from the bar, she said it was made well).I had never been to Fish Daddys, I was excited to try the food. Ididnt try the food thats why the 1 star. . At 7pm we left. We ended up going to Texas Roadhouse.

My first time at fish daddy's and this place is something special! I don't typically eat sea food but my server Desiree helped me pick my items and the salmon was great. She was super friendly and helpful! :)

Seafood, freshwater, and general southern style dishes. Reasonably priced. A large party might need some waiting because they are packed full most of the time. Call ahead.

Omg the BEST salmon in Tulsa by far and an awesome price for the lunch portion, which you can get on weekends. For $11.95 with whipped delicious mashed potatoes and another side choice. Soooo good and the bartenders, where I always sit are fantastic!! I will be back many times!

This is one of our favorite restaurants in Tulsa. We dined there again on Easter Sunday & what I witnessed caused us to reconsider ever returning. Our food was good & the service was great as usual. This was our first time sitting in the back of the bar area, so I ironically had a clear view of the congested food line/counter where the servers pick up customer’s food. I seriously cannot believe what I observed!Albeit unfortunately (and fortunately at the same time), this was after we were finished eating our meals. I saw one male server take a fry off of a customer’s plate. I’m not sure if he ate it or not because he walked the other way after he took the fry.Another male employee used his bare hands to move food around on a customer’s plate & then he took a cloth that was sitting on the counter to wipe the top of that plate. The same employee later rubbed his nose a few times-which I assume was a reflex, but unsanitary just the same when you’re working with & touching customer’s food. He continued to take plates off the counter, move food around on some customer’s plates & use the same cloth that was sitting on the counter to wipe the top of some of the plates near customer’s food. No sanitizer. No handwashing. The female employee beside him was holding her phone briefly to look at something. When the next plates were ready, she took the plates off the top shelf & moved food around on 2 plates with her bare hands-never washing or sanitizing her hands after handling her phone.I was really surprised to see this at such a wonderful, popular restaurant. I’d never sat near the bar & I still can’t determine if I’m glad I did or not. I had to wonder if this is normal practice here or possibly at other quality restaurants. I surely hope not. It also caused me to wonder what else happens in the kitchen & near that food counter that customers cannot & do not see…I want to believe that this is unacceptable to management & I’m certain that it’s unacceptable to conscientious paying customers.I don’t know that I can forget what I observed today. I also don’t think I will return to Fish Daddy’s knowing that employees, especially those who don’t work in the kitchen are most likely putting their bare, unclean hands on our food or wiping and/or picking off our plates before they come out to my family, friends & me.Management needs to know about this (if they don’t already) & customers especially need to be made aware of it! If customers choose to dine at Fish Daddy’s, I would just encourage them to observe the food counter in the back of the restaurant - clear view from the back of the bar area before their food is brought out to them.Aside from that, I would give our “potentially picked over & touched food” 4 stars for taste and quality & the 5 stars for the service -thanks to the female bartender & the young man who brought out our appetizers. Thank you both.
