I take my burger joints seriously. I have been a flos ride or die since I first started going in 2020? I can’t remember. But I have loved them since I walked in. The counter staff is always helpful and patient. The family that owns this establishment seem to really love what they do and it shows in the food. I bring everyone I know to 11th st flos because it’s literally bobs burgers. Their kiddos make the place feel real and not corporate. The big boss man always jokes around. I haven’t been in a few weeks but I’ve been craving it and just wanted to drop a note of appreciation to these kind folks for being the absolute best. I’ve done the ribeye nights several times and honestly I prefer it to a high end sit down. Never change
The food, especially the burger, was excellent and the portions are large. But, bring your own to-go container. They expect you to wrap your fries in a sheet of paper.

Cool place. Great burger options. Bomb burger is big and meat tastes good. Not a fan of the jalapeño sauce. BBQ burgerwas awesome. Hay stack was great! Mushrooms were really good. The ranch mix was not thatgood for me. Plan ranch on my Mushrooms please. I'm definitely going back for different burgers. The floors were kinda grease and looked dirty. Otherwise it was fine. No real biggie. Mens room was nasty. I was there for the burgers. Really check the menu cause lots of choices. Staff is nice

The burger is five stars! I had the special, bbq cheddar hamburger. The fried onion rings on top of the burger were really good! Added a great crunch and flavor. The bbq was sweet and perfect. The burger dripped of it. I probably would've liked less mayonnaise. It was pretty heavy-handed. The homemade ranch for .52 cents we didn't care for. Too much dill. The tater tots were very country on the outside, soft on the inside. The kids chicken chunks were really good. Real chickens used and they're very crunchy and crispy. *Picky kid approved! The soda machine is old, and taste was off. My cousin said the grilled cheese was good, she like it a lot. Which kind of surprise me because it was nothing to look at lol. Tables, booth, floors were dirty and sticky. The tables are old...they really need to be sanded down and refinished. The decor gives off a 50'e vibe. The music fit the scene. We all agree we would come back. This is the type of place you would expect Guy Fieri to come and talk about how great the hamburger are. *They give a 10% military discount.

We eat in here yesterday and was a great disappointment. I got the blue cheese/bacon combo & it really didn't have any taste. They put little crumbles of bacon on it & blue cheese probably from salad dressing. The fries were ok but over cooked. The diner was kinda of dirty & they obviously don't clean the chairs/booths at at. Booths also had rips/tears. I will save my money & go elsewhere.

Place isn't fancy but they have great burgers. Grab the roll of paper towels. You'll need them but it's a good thing. Get the fries well done. So good.

The first time I ate here for lunch about 4 weeks ago the burger was good and the wait was reasonable, however today I waited 32 minutes for a burger that was so salty I can still taste it almost 7 hours later. And that’s not good. This rating is based on today’s experience.

My burger had absolutely no seasoning on it. Seriously, it taked like it was taken out of a package, molded into a patty and slapped on a grill. No seasoning in it or on it. And the fries were soggy. I also wanted chili but they said they were out. Also, the crew was concentrating more on being loud and joking around than they were making my food. It was a complete waste of time and money. I will not be back.

One of those places that you just know is going to be amazing....while satisfactory, I was fairly disappointed with the result....The food looked terrific. Typical greasy spoon looking burger and home made fries... fresh meat and fresh cut fries.... the only problem? There were more lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and onions than meat... very very thin patty that, quite frankly, didn't have much flavor to it....the fries looked amazing, were crispy but again....no flavor....Service was friendly and terrific....Neat atmosphere...50s diner setting....Glad I stopped in to give it a shot...
