1 star review - really poor service as a whole. No apologies, messed up an order, requested multiple items, which we never received some. Food was good for $2 tacos, atmosphere was cool. Won’t be coming back for a second try.

After being seated, between myself and two others we ordered the pork belly bites, the hole mole with three moles, and the barbacoa platter. Before our meal came out, we were given two types of salsa, one was a tomato/garlic that didn't quite seem to pair with the theme of the food. The salsa verde lacked any spice to it, which I thought was a shame, but still tasty. Maybe it's just mine and my husband's personal tastes, but we didn't like the tortillas or chips. They had that flavor of added calcium, we prefer it without, but we know a lot of people don't mind it. I had ordered a n/a hibiscus drink, I can say was super tasty, but you could have fooled me into thinking it was an orange drink since it tasted more like orange than hibiscus! The belly pork bites were tasty, but had more of an Asian inspired aesthetic taste and look, but over all tasty, and as an appetizer it came after our meal because there wasn't enough pork belly prepared. We all agreed that the price was high for a platter that is to be an appetizer/shared among people but it was was pleasant to look at. The barbacoa platter my husband had was tender and tasty, but a suggestion would be to have less fat be served with it and the mole put to the side (he didn't care for it). As far as the hole mole for two, it just wasn't it. It was plated really nicely but the moles were just not right. I understand they are made differently from where my father, my family and I are from, but we were not impressed. One of the key factors was that it lacked the spice depth that these savory sauces have. Maybe chicken breast would be better instead of using thighs....We went because it said it was authentic Mexican tastes, we were wary of the price but we gave it a try. Needless to say we will not return, not because the food was bad, but it was disappointing for us who have had authentic Mexican taste/food and we believe the price doesn't match up to what was given. What's more is that while the table service was good, we had to approach the counter for our check and again to give them our card to pay. The restaurant wasn't busy at the time either. The only other table there had their check taken to and received from them at their table. But for anyone who wants to try a more authentic approach it's a good start, and it's a neat experience.

Cool hip atmosphere with friendly staff and they got crayons and a coloring sheet for my toddler. The Sangria I got was great! The food on the other hand was not that great. We got the chicken platter with the sauce. We got 3 specialty sauce to try out and honestly, I could barely taste the difference between them. The chicken was also really really bland. The sope was nothing out of the ordinary and extra expensive because we're in a sit down place. They best part was the pork belly "bites". A bit too big a chunk to call them bites, but whatever. They were candied up with a sweet sauce.Overall cool place. Bland main entree. Good pork belly.Definitely a one and done for food, but would be a cool place to come hang out with friends on a Friday night for a few drinks.Kid-friendliness: Had coloring sheet and crayons for my 1 year old.

I’ve read all of the fantastic reviews that lead to a visit at this restaurant but what we received was awful. First, arriving the waiter was terrible, he waited 20 minutes before asking a drink order, mind you there were only two other people here on a Friday night. Then once we ordered drinks, had a question about the menu to which the waiter was rude and really didn’t answer my question. So we stayed and got our food however was terrible… nachos were burnt quesadilla was soggy and rice was crunchy? Like how? Then the other couple with us had ordered an appetizer and barely even got it the manager had to put in the order cause the waiter had forgotten even after asking and also getting more chips was like pulling teeth. The server was more concerned about checking out the females walking by than assisting the paying table. Overall really bad service and maybe an off night for the cook. Highly don’t recommend. Also, the prices paid for what we got was absolutely ridiculous, there are far better Mexican restaurants in Tulsa than this place.

I came in a little bit before 3:30 because I hadn't eaten all day. They had $2 tacos and 1/2 price certain appetizers (Tues-Fri 3-6pm). They brought out chips with 2 types of salsa. Both were fantastic! Although.... I'd love to see a spicy salsa. I started with a Birria and Dorado taco. Both were incredible! I would recommend adding some of the green salsa to the Birria. I was then curious to try more. I tried the Baja and Chicken taco. I added jalapeños to the Baja and it was by far my favorite!! The chicken was tasty as well. I would suggest doing the lime squeeze for extra flavor. Their $5 margs are great!!! Not too sweet, super refreshing. I am excited for their new location that will be open during lunch hours and can't wait to come back to try the appetizers. Definitely check it out! Also.... The service was spot on!!

Went on a Friday night after yoga and got a great spot at a high top in the bar area. We were immediately greeted by the bar tender and she was so nice! Chips and two salsas were delicious. ordered tacos and they were yummy! Guac was great. margarita was great. Food was great, can't wait to go when they open on cherry street! But I would have to say the service was what made this a wonderful evening. Our server was such a joy to interact with.

Great food. The tacos, chips and salsa, and pollo con papas are amazing. The sope is great too as are the drinks. It seems a bit understaffed but all the personnel are very nice.

My daughter has gone a few times and wanted us to experience it. The building is super cute inside. Unfortunately, the location wasn't very inviting with many homeless living nearby, leaving excrement on the sidewalk, and using the bathrooms to wash, leaving a mess behind. The price was great at $2/taco; however, they are basically the size of street tacos. They were tasty, but I definitely wouldn't go outside of the times of the special pricing and pay more than $2/taco. The manager sat us and introduced us to the waitress, praising her abilities; however, she did not deliver. We received one basket of chips and she never refilled our drinks. We had to ask another waiter to assist us, which he graciously did. They weren't busy and our waitress seemed to just be standing around behind the counter, My daughter has had better experiences so I trust the service was just off on this one occasion.

I love going to Holé Molé with friends and family! Their salsas are delicious, and everything I’ve tried on the menu has been sooo good. Be warned, don’t wear light colors if you plan on ordering the birria quesadilla as it is just as messy to eat as it is tasty ? The owner/manager is so kind and funny, service is always on point, and the decor of the restaurant is unique and lovely. You don’t wanna miss this gem in Tulsa!

Great food, great cocktails, and great mocktails! They need to add their mocktail menu online then.

The cocktails were meh. The waiter had to return to our table multiple times to ask us to repeat our order - and still got it wrong. He needs a note pad! Our food was served room temperature. All of us woke up sick in the night. Luckily, I paid attention to the bill because it had other people's items. The place wasn't busy - so there's no real excuse.
