omg this was the slowest service i ever have received!!!! Went around 7pm on a sunday and order 2 items, we were the only customers in the store. Staff moved like turtles and we ended up leaving with our meals 30 minutes later

I had a create a Mac bowl and my fiancé had the best of both worlds grilled cheese. (I think that was the name)The food was meh. Kinda bland and my sister pointed out that the carrots and broccoli tasted like they weren't cleaned and then I realized that was the weird taste I was tasting. Fiancé says it was mid tasting and that he wouldn't want to go back.Definitely wasn't worth the price... and I wished we would have went somewhere else. The employees were very rude to us. Told us to wait for the cheese sauce to get done, so we told her ok, we'll wait to order and figure out what we wanted. And she just gave us a look and walked away without saying anything.. When we did ordered it took about an hour or so for our food to be done. And another worker kept asking what we ordered over and over again a couple of times. And just the vibe of the place wasn't good. Idk I most likely won't be coming back. Might try the other location in tulsa one day.

I've been to this location three various times wanting to try the meatballs. I got an email from the manager saying next visit he would make sure the meatballs were ready.Next visit still no meatballs. The manager then emailed me that even thou they are on the everyday menu, they don't make them because they are cost effective, he ends up throwing them away and I'm the only one who asks about meatballs. Then I'm told if I make reservations he will make the meatballs for me. Why they are on the everyday normal menu.

I would not recommend this place. Their food was very bland, and their service was not good at all! I ordered two empanadas with our bowls but waited 25 minutes for them, employee forgot twice what we ordered and claimed that they were in the oven which obviously was a lie because when just 1 finally came it was cold in the middle, I asked for a refund and will never be back, I’m very disappointed considering this a black owned business!

The servers were friendly and even offered to show us the menu and walked us through it in a concise way. The menu is fun and customizable--it's worth going just for the experience--it's kind of like a mac and cheese subway. The atmosphere is bright and airy and there are even cute places to take photos. The mac and cheese was good and flavorful too, but the mac and cheese bites were even better! If I were to describe this place in 3 words, it would be happy, yummy, and customizable.

Went to the soft opening of I ❤️ Mac & Cheese yesterday. The location was clean and bright and we were welcomed right away. The workers were super friendly and helpful, even with 2 adults and 2 kids asking lots of questions and such. It's like the Subway of Mac and cheese, where you can order one of their dishes or walk down the line and build your own. They also have various grilled cheese sandwiches offered the same way.We ordered one of their created m&c dishes and one create your own. We also ordered 3 of the mac& cheese tacos and two kid's meals. My husband loved the Buffalo Blue M&C and I created my own which was also very tasty. I like that they had grape tomatoes sliced in half instead of a hunk of diced tomatoes in a sloppy mess. All the ingredients were fresh and appealing. My husband was happy one of their proteins was pepperoni as he hadn't ever made the delicious connection of adding it to his m&c. The kids wolfed down their m&c with no complaints either. For the 3 taco platter the employees were kind and accommodating with us asking for different toppings on each of the 3 tacos so we could all share. The taco shells tasted like the package had been open just a bit too long, they were a tiny bit stale but had great flavor. I'm guessing the package was opened earlier in the day and just got too much air exposure before serving. Not a deal breaker at all though. The only problem I had was the price. It was good, no question. But when it was time to pay we spent over $50 with a tip. It was just a lot to spend on a simple pasta. We got 2 bowls of m&c (no drinks, just water), 3 tacos and 2 kids meals for $48.They do have a rewards program listed on the receipt that said to text to get your points. I did so, but never got a response and couldn't figure out how to sign up for their rewards program in the app.TLDR:The pro's - lots of choices, great customer service, clean environment, and pretty good food. The con's - just the price. I felt like we could go somewhere without the Subway vibe for $50.We will visit again - the kids enjoyed it, but my husband and I would probably just eat the tacos next time. Those were our favorite.Kid-friendliness: My kids loved it! Kids meals include a drink, and the grilled cheese ones also include tots.

Don’t waist your money here. Small portions, barely any protein and lacking flavor. Tastes like wet cardboard. Customer service was good tho.

really, really mediocre food for the price and poor menu options. why are complex options listed cheaper than the build your own bowl if you only wanted one or two things on ur macaroni? the food itself is nothing to write home about. I got macaroni with cheese and chicken on top and cheesecake bites. the macaroni tasted freezer burnt and the cheese tasted like that nacho cheese they give you at school. I actually spit out the chicken because I thought it was lobster and they messed up my order (I'm allergic) because it was so mushy. the texture and taste is comparable to those vegan frozen patties in the green package you could get at Walmart. the cheesecake bites were fine I guess. you could taste that they were frozen and then defrosted in a fridge. the crust on the outside was soggy and the entire thing could be somewhat comparable to eating a wet toilet paper ball with a hardened outside and way too much cinnamon sugar sprinkled on top. the chocolate sauce and diet coke was pretty good though.

I have only been here once. When I saw this place opening it sounded interesting, different concept mac & cheese with everything. The meals are made right when you order them, so there's no soggy mac & cheese sitting around. We ordered the best of both worlds sandwich which is short rib and mac & cheese on a grilled cheese and a lobster and white truffle mac & cheese bowl. The best of both worlds sandwich was good no complaints there, but the tater tots were cold. The lobster and white truffle mac & cheese was a letdown for $30. I like the restaurant concept, but I think it will need to be improved upon before going back.

This place is basically like going to a subway and having to tell someone several times what you want on your sandwich. I quit doing that 25 years ago. You can make better pasta and non globby sauces at home. I don't know why they keep making these types of stores, I have yet to see the place busy or even with a small line when I drive by. Over prized and sloppy. Is this place a tax write off? it's certainly a waste of resources.
