Worst chicken sandwich of my life. Chicken was 90% breading and overcooked. Cashier neglected to tell me they were out of pickles which is one of four ingredients of the sandwich. The sauce hardly made it on the sandwich, mostly just pooled around the paper they wrapped it in. Cashier was on his phone for the remainder of the time I was in there. Maybe they should send him to a neighboring store to grab more pickles since he obviously had nothing else to do. Bathroom smelled horrendous. Do better guys.
Ordered two of the famous bowl, one regular and one without corn or gravy. The regular one came with 8-10 pieces of chicken and the one without corn or gravy only had 5 pieces. Don’t think I’ll be coming back bc I tried to call 3-4 times and couldn’t get through until the 4th call, then the manager decided instead of making right on the consistency issue he was going to argue with me and tell me it’s MY fault there’s consistency issues because I asked for no corn or gravy. I could’ve let the issue slide but the attitude was unnecessary so I’ll be getting in touch with corporate and just avoiding this KFC all together.

I know I shouldn’t expect much from a KFC, especially one on Peoria, but this is just beyond horrible. Awful service, 10+ minute wait time, and order is wrong. Never coming

I really like their chicken tenders, they are hot, juicy, crispy, and with a lot of meat to them. Their sides are pretty good too, especially the fries which are surprisingly really great fries. This might be an unpopular opinion but they have the best chicken sandwich too even over popeyes and the others. I only wish they had some kind of specialty sauces because if you want chicken strips you might be better off at Zaxby's or Cane's but if KFC is what is closest to you then there's nothing wrong with that at all. The service is quick and friendly.

I have tried 3 times, didn't even taste like Kentucky Fried. It's always around 6p.m.or so. Maybe old and stale. Other location good. A Ron called me and said he would look into it and send me a couple,that was weeks ago. Still waiting.

Always enjoy the original style Chicken. The restaurant only had mashed potatoes as a side due to a local power outage. Definitely will return again.
