I didn't like it at all, the raw chicken was a terrible place and apart from that they forget about the orders, it takes more than 20 minutes and you have to remind them and when you check the order you can't find what was ordered

We ordered (2) 3 piece Big Box chicken combos#8, on November 18 at 21st location in Tulsa, OK. The drive thru employee was rude & rushed our order. We checked to make sure we had the correct side orders, then we drove off. After we got home we opened our chicken boxes and saw three greasy dark meat pieces in each box.The chicken appeared old, dark, and saturated in grease. This order was not fit to be served to customers. We literally threw both box combos in the trash because the restaurant phone stayed busy over 2 hours or off the hook. We live too far to return to the restaurant at our own gas expense and we just lost $25. What a shame, where was the manager? The preferred rating is 0.

Amazing, I mean the way the employees who opened the door for me, conversing the KFC greeting spill on my way in, then on my way out another employee getting the door only this one conversed, what I can only figure it be, the KFC so long see you soon spill!! And the mgr. talk about above and beyond. I had assumed they must've gained enough stars to give Olive garden and red lobster a start.

DISCLAIMER: I'm honored to be a Top 10 Reviewer for Google. I do my best to be fair and honest but realize your experience may differ from mine. So, please keep that in mind when considering this restaurant, establishment, and/or venue. REVIEW: I ordered the 8-pc chicken nuggets combo which came with a side, a biscuit, and a regular size soft drink. The food was delicious and the staff friendly. My only complaint is that I asked for butter and honey for the biscuit and two different dipping sauces none of which I received. Having gone through the drive thru I didn't want to have to wait behind three cars to go back through the line.
