They are always out of certain donuts.The size and quality of the donuts has gone down. The last couple times we went they were stale.

Ordered a dozen glaze at 5 am for 7:15 am, I get a call at 7:11 while on my way there for 7:15 pickup saying that won’t have any glaze till 8 or 9 lmao. Like you couldn’t call before the timed order. Stick with ya local donut shop. Place is a joke.

Save yourself time and go to Daylight at least their donuts are made on the daily. They need to be looking into this places management, spoke with the manager about a return and replacement an employee offered and was told we could only get a refund. We will not be back for any of those stale donuts and the lobby looks filthy like a run down doctors office.

I went on Monday morning a little after 8am so you would think there would be donuts made at least that morning! We bought a dozen donuts and paid almost $18 dollars! These donuts were cold and hard out of the refrigerator! I will never go back there again.

I usually never complain , but the service and donuts were horrible .It was so bad I had to make a review for everyone to know . So many young men and women working there at one time yet service was snail moving . I thought it would have been a happy ending enduring the clown show going on between the workers . Thought it would have been worth the torture with a good Krispy Kreme donut , but NO ... The donut was stale and dry , and smaller than any other I've ever seen . I've had Krispy kremes throughout three states , and never have I been So dissatisfied and disgusted . I took one bite , and could not take another , it was so bad ! The two donuts stayed overnight in the car in the paper bag till I saw it the next morning , and threw it in the trash where they belonged . I'd like to tell the world and the company they have to do something about the store its employees and their donuts it's so horrendous , you all should be embarrassed , and ashamed .
I'd leave no stars if it were possible. Four cackling, bird women screaming jokes and being totally inappropriate while also flirting with the power washer dude. Took eight minutes to get two, crusty old ah donuts. If anyone who isn't annoying works there- I feel sorry for you those girls made me want to blow my head off ? Never going again and also recommending everyone else find a location that isn't a highschool classroom

The donuts are pretty good, went with my sis and grandmother. Moment we walked in you could feel the environment was just meh. The service was awful, it felt like the workers were irritated. I know they could be having a bad day, but no need to take it out on people who didn’t do anything. It just felt like they want you out cause your annoying. But besides that the donuts were good.
