Last night the Really tall dirty blonde waitress girl with glasses was really rudeFirst of all, my husband and I ordered food to share with our cousins , to be specific it was chips and salsa and fries, i kept asking this same waitress to go check on our food . She came back and told me it wasn’t ready yet, when i took more than 3 seconds to respond she literally snapped in my face and said “did you hear me “I get it was busy and if it was a burger or something I would of understood why it took over 45 minutes later to get to us but it was literally two simple thingsSecondly , this same waitress was so concerned with conversating with everyone , all the other servers were working hard getting orders and drinks out , I’ve been a server rush is hard , meanwhile this waitress is grabbing on herself and conversating with just about every guy that gave her attention it was honestly disgusting to see such behavior coming from someone who’s supposed to be a team player with the rest of the crew they had on deckLastly , my husband and I ordered two soft drinks , rule is you get one refill with your meal, this waitress tries to take my cup the first time without even asking if I was done and THEN my cousin payed for our pool table , that was all the money he had so I gave him my cup for the second refill with the meal because we were all meal sharing anyways and he just wanted water , this dumb waitress takes the cup from him so he couldn’t get water at all and honestly I’m confused because if we were meal sharing it shouldn’t of even mattered who payed for it it was still a free refill owed and we didn’t even get thatNeedless to say if yall keep hiring rude people like her to work for you , you may just run yourself out of business this is not the magoos I once knew and loved to go to anymore with people like her in it lol

The noise level was decent, the pinball was fun, but being constantly stepped on by people playing foosball behind you, and the fragile masculinity when the grown men lose and slam the table behind you in rage? Not really worth it at all.It would be nice if they would put even an extra foot between the pinball machines, and the foosball tables in the center. Two feet preferred, as you all have people walking between them mid game too. Or just put all the pinball/arcade games in their own corner away from other games that need space to play

We were traveling through Tulsa and stopped by Magoo's on 4/1/2024 to play pinball and have lunch. We had an excellent time. The food, service and pinball machines were all terrific.Magoo's is much larger than I expected. They have around 30 pool tables, 30 pinball machines, some arcade machines and even some foosball tables.Their pinball machines are in top condition. They have all the newest Stern machines and some of Jersey Jack's. We really liked the Toy Story machine. The machines were setup so that ball saves worked and that free games were awarded on final score matches. We really appreciated that. The machines take quarters.The waitress working the bar area was terrific. She was very friendly and efficient. We had a burger and onion rings, both were excellent.Had a great time and if we find ourselves back in Tulsa we will certainly stop by again.

Let me start with this… I’ve shot pool all over Oklahoma, including some that are now shut down because of age. I’ve shot pool at the home of the US Open 9-ball championship, many times, which is on the east coast of the US, while I was in the service.So, many years later, I thought I’d go hit the tables on what I thought was an established pool hall and place for people to hang out. In the beginning, I was right.Fast forward two plus hours and a couple drinks/meals, I found out why Magoos will NEVER get over the edge, nor will they get my business or anyone I discuss this situation with.So… take it what you will…We get in and find a nice atmosphere. Albeit, nobody to tell you where to go to get assigned a table (no big deal). We walk to the bar and order a beer/drink. Waitress points us to where to get assigned a table…We get assigned a table after 30 mins or so. We play for a few hours. Have fun conversation with the folks around us for the time we are there as well. We decide we’ve had enough and ask for a check. I go to the “pool table assignment” area and ask for my license and to tab out. The bald fella (yes there was two of them) with glasses, asked me what table I was on. I told him #26, not once, but FIVE times… which I responded with… “you do realize you’ve asked me that 5 times now?” He then asked me my name (for the third time) and I told him, again. He turned around, grabbed my license, held it in front of me and said… “Is this you?”, which I replied, yes.He then took my license and tossed it across the counter like he was playing the quarters drinking game with my ID. That’s when I lost it with him and questioned him. Which also brought upon the security guard to the scene, because I raised my voice, as anyone would that was disrespected to this point.For the record… Security guard (my brother): you are gold!Also: waitress… with braces: You are gold!What you can’t have in an establishment that works upon repeat business is… have a person that thinks they are bigger than the establishment. PERIOD.I’d love to come back there, but my first time was tarnished by a person that thought they were bigger than the establishment.Best wishes, I’ll shoot pool elsewhere.

One of the best if not the best pool halls around. Many tables large and small in decent condition. Spacing is nice, seating with the cue holders is wonderful. Pinball and foosball is a huge plus. Pinball machines are well maintained. Haven’t tried the food, but the atmosphere is nice.

We love the food and the environment, it’s always a good time. I love the waitress in the bar specifically as well, her name is Rozz which is the only one who acknowledges us. However me and my boyfriend are long standing customers and we always come in along with his mother WHO is also a long standing customer. Unfortunately, we have to always wait over thirty to forty-five minutes for a server to even take our order. It’s almost as if they prioritize people drinking alcohol at the pool tables over the other dine-in customers as if we aren’t paying customers who ALSO ALWAYS TIP MORE than twenty percent to the waitress serving us. It almost seems as if this would stop happening over the time that we go because we are long standing customers. Utterly, this is not the case. One would like to think your regulars are the ones who get treated the best since they will always come and be there rain, sleet, or snow, and it almost seems as if they don’t seem to pose any care to that at all. These are also the same servers we see every time we come so they know who we are as well. I am also a waitress in the food industry so we know when it’s busy, but I never forget my regulars. Even a slight gesture acknowledging they see us sitting there and they’ll be right with us can go a long way. Let alone we only ask for ranch when we dine in, NEVER anything else. To conclude, it’s very inconsiderate and if this persists we just might not come back at all.

Super fun place, top notch billiard and pinball pit. The decor includes a life size Marilyn statue under the exit door. The hamburger and quesadilla were enormous. We were happy to come in and we shall return!

Usually we have a great time, but this time we decided to give their food a try. BIG MISTAKE we waited almost an hour to the minute just for service, we went to the bar to solicit a waitress where two rude ladies told us they will be with us in just a minute, we ended up waiting twenty more minutes and then we left.
Completely disappointed.All the video games not properly working. Told the bartender and she got an attitude. I waited for a waitress for 38 minutes. Food not delivered for another 32 minutes.

Really enjoyed my time here. Lots of pool and other options as well like ping pong. It is only $12 an hour and my friends and I had such a blast. Plus there's food and of course drinks but the food was actually really good. I wasn't sure and I was shocked at how reasonable all the prices were almost everything on the menu was only $10.95 and came with a side. I had the club sandwich with sweet potato fries and the sandwich was great and oh my gosh the sweet potato fries were the star of the show. I will definitely be back to play pool and have fun again.
