Brought my family to tulsa, and i decided to check out main event and see how fun it was. Well we showed up about 45 minutes after open and decided to start with a game of bowling. We had an hour so we paid almost 50 dollars. Well the game had a time which was suspiciously fast, so i ignored it and said lets play as much as we can. So decided to get some drinks. Well my fiance went to the food counter, couldt find anyone in site mean while our game counter is counting down. And when she finally found the employee working their, she was rude and didnt act like she wanted to take her order and acted like it was terrible we wanted drinks. So when she got back we had only 25 minutes left. Only seen maybe 3 employees the whole time. So we only got one game and not even a half game for the 50 dollars we spent for an hour. I decided i am not spending anymore money on a place whose employees think its so bad to do the job they were hired to do. Sad i would of spent a lot more money just on the arcade alone.

Main Event is such a fun place! We came to celebrate our son's birthday. The only downside is how expensive everything is. If you want to experience and any of the other activities, definitely get the all access pass! Plan on spending a minimum of $70/ person if you do though. Something to keep in mind if you are trying to have fun but don't want to do all the activities and just want to play games, you have to spend $50 minimum to load a card to play games! This is not a cheap place to play. I guarantee you will have a blast but you will drop a lot of money here!

The games only work half the time. Most of the staff is downright rude. The service is slow and the food is terrible. I will never go back. Very rude environment. Children running around unsupervised and bump into people. Any complaints go unheard and unreported.

This place has went downhill. Only 3 out of the 4 games my kids first played that worked. The clown game had a hole where the balls should have came out. Owners really need to invest in some improvements. Not sure we will go back next time.

So next time we will make sure to ask more questions about the combo package food and game card for $19.99. Cause for $40 we just played the games which sucks because they never told us about the combo package we had to find out on the tv monitor by the prize station. We will visit

Went to Main Event on Saturday 2/24/2024 for a family fun night. We had a great time but I can’t get over how disgusting the ladies bathroom was! One worker did add paper towels but didn’t seem to care about the overflowing trash cans or the lack of toilet paper in the stalls. Half the stalls were backed up and on the verge of overflowing to the floor. When staff members don’t seem to care about the place for sanitary reasons, then I don’t care to ever spend money there again.
