This Mazzio's location is only set up for pickup orders and delivery services. There is no eat in service available here. They do offer the full menu of standard Mazzio's items but it must be taken out or delivered.

I have been a faithful Mazzios customer for decades. Today I tried to order a delivery and was told that the store nearest me is closed today and I cannot get a delivery. They will not deliver from one of the other stores. I was told that my address is associated with one store and no others can deliver to my house. I guess I'll be ordering from Pizza Hut! This is one of the stupidest things I've heard in ages.

Dropped by to get pizza for the family. Ordered a street pizza, not knowing it was so small. It was very tasty but not big enough for 5 people. Had to buy a large pizza also it was good as well.

Very good pizza. We had the supreme medium and it was full of fresh ingredients. The crust was cracker thin which was my fault for asking for it.

Ordered a ranch and it wasn’t delivered. Showed driver receipt and they refused to deliver. They said “I feel bad for you.” Then left. Really disappointed. Had to throw some of the food away.

I ordered an on line order it wasn't delivered to my apartment after an hour and trying to get my order i discovered it was on my neighbors front porch! Absolutely cold! I was told that I could get a 5 dollar credit on my next order!Terrible customer ! Don't waiste your time or money! Not worth it!

Mezzio's Jenks: Upon arriving for the buffet, there were 10 people in front of us. Manager help those 9 people and told us to wait. After waiting about 5 minutes, a lady showed up. She didn't know how to log onto the computer. The manager showed her. We placed out order for the buffet and a special pizza. We turned around with our plates to only see a dirty salad bar. It was also missing: salad, mushrooms, peas, onions, ranch dressing, cottage cheese and pizza. When I brought it to there attention, the answer: "we are working on it, we hadn't had a chance since lunch". Along with everyone else, no salad or pizza. After waiting 5 minutes, I went back to inquire with the register lady. Before she could answer, a young man started screaming at me "we are working on it". He was at the pizza making station had his arm stretched out pointing his finger. He further said the register lady is the nicest lady around and I should be talking to her. I am a senior lady and I felt very threatened by his voice and stance. I at that time asked to speak to the manager. He was within 2 feet of this yelling person. I advised the manager how I felt and the man yelling continued to yell at me. I suggested they have the salad bar stocked before the buffet starts. The man yelling again started yelling "not all of us is as perfect as you are". The manager didn't say anything or even stop this man for yelling at me. At this point I was ready to call the police I felt so threatened. My husband came up and told the manager how horrific this man is treating me. Again the manager did nothing. I started back to the table and as I was on the other side of the buffet, he was again yelling at me "we will stock the salad bar when we get to it". At this point there are about 20 people in the store and no salad and 2 whole pizzas. My husband had to return to the front because our glasses had something crusted on the top. They had to go through about a dozen glasses to find clean ones. We didn't get any pizza (I can eat red sauce pizza), nor salad. We waited 45 minutes still didn't get any pizza and they just brought out the lettuce. Still missing several veggies and it was very dirty. When we went up to the counter, the man said under his breath (the b*tch is back). We inquired when our pizza would be ready, they said it would be awhile. There were several people complaining and they could believe how that man talked to me. The manager would only say "I'll take care of it". But apparently he didn't because the man kept it up. I will never go back to the Jenks restaurant as I don't feel it is a safe environment.
You get what you see, this is a buffet style place. Salad bar good average. We chose to order a pizza instead of buffet pizza. The flavor was good but the crust is cardboard style. I don't see a need to go bad

I ordered some pizzas at 445 told they would arrive in 30-40 minutes. When they didn't arrive within an hour I called. The girl I talked to said they were delivered. I told her they weren't and she verified my address, called the driver and said she would have a reorder ASAp. At 610 I recieved a email that the driver was on the way. They are 5 min from house. At 635 I called and the person gave me a whole nother address not mine. While on hold to speak to a supervisor, I got a call waiting from the same number and answered and the guy again startled rattling off the wrong address, mind you my confirmation order email has the correct address. Then while explaining that address is wrong, understandable upset, he hangs up on me. Then I finally get to a supervisor and explain everything and request a refund to my card. He tells me I have to call treasury. Poor customer service. Poor resolution. I want my 60$ refunded. And still never recieved my pizzas!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would but ya I cant. I ordered lemon pepper wings. and they sent naked wings. On top of that it took them over two hours to deliver my order. So sad cuz this location used to be so good but now they are hot garbage. Hopefully they got my pizza right.
