Tried to visit this location today on 2/24/2024, at 10:46 AM. Walked inside the lobby, female employee told me they weren't open yet and asked me how did I even get inside. I told her that the door was unlocked, and the hours on the front door state friday and saturday open at 10:30 AM. She made me leave and told me they don't open until 11 AM on Saturdays.WHY in the world does your front door say open at 10:30 AM saturdays if the actual opening time isn't until 11 AM?

I hate what mazzio has done with their pizza dough. Ordered a medium cheese pizza this afternoon by delivery. Got a pizza cut into around 20 pie slices and they gritty cornmealed the hell out of it to. It was used like an added plus to the pizza. No area was free of it except for the actual cheese and sauce part. It was hard to tell if the crust was actually white pizza dough the cornmeal was so thick. $16 buck $2 tip.

Had to retrain a few employees but after i got them back on track and addressed their concerns and issues they became a very professional pizzeria/restaurant.Parking: Most parking is in back on quiktrip lot.

Food was warm and fresh. Service was fantastic. I originally ordered it to the wrong address so I called customer service. They already delivered it, but said they would remake the order and deliver to correct address. No extra charge.

Stopped by the one on East 11th to grab a premade chicken Cesar salad. It has THREE ingredients considering the croutons and dressing just come in packets they throw in the bag . They - being whoever made the salads couldn’t be bothered to put the parm cheese on the salad and the guy at the counter was no help . He stated “ idk thats just how ours come “ and handed me parm packets f@@king LAZY !!! Then the side of mozzarella I ordered was not put in the bag nor my ranch - I paid for these I expect to get what I paid for and them to be done right. Failed it Mazzios ! If it weren’t for the ranch you’d be out of business by now so don’t EVER change that ! This store deserves -0 stars
