4/3/24 I gues that instead of increasing the price of food they decided to lower the quality hoping that consumers wouldn't notice. The chicken biscuit was awful, the breading is almost more that the chicken itself. Very thin and again, just awful.

For some strange reason, this specific location is notorious for closing the lobby early. I always do counter pickup due to the long lines in drive thru. It's not cool showing up, having the lobby doors locked when you have a counter pickup order and there's 5+ cars in line for drive thru. I understand it was hear closing time, BUT DONT lock out when you still have counter pick up orders, it's not hard look at the mobile order screen before locking up. Yes it was 20 min to 10 but still they locked up EARLY and they usually do. Not cool. Close the lobby at 10pm NOT 930
