While I was waiting for my order at the drive thru the girl at the window touched her face and hair and then made a coffee touching the mouthpiece of the lid. After I received my order I told her that was gross and against health code. She rolled her eyes and slammed the door shut in my face. Hash browns and bacon were hot and fresh. I tried to call the manager but no one ever answered the phone so i emailed corporate. Not washing your hands when touching food is absolutely disgusting...read full review
Refused to give me my mobile order after I provided all the verification codes requested after a minor language barrier. Contacted the customer service hotline for a refund and would definitely suggest not using an app at this location.

Maybe it's something that all the McDonald's practice, but, at 9:00pmthe inside closes & you have to use the drive thru. Which is fine unless you're on foot. No exceptions, they will not wait on people walking thru the drive thru.So, get there before 9:00 if you want a McDouble (that's what I had) or whatever. It was past 9:00 & I wasn't done but no one hurried me or made me leave. That was nice. Parking here is limited anyway, so the duel lanes in the drive thru do come...read full review
