The cupcakes here are to die for. I’m a frequent flyer due to my workplace being right down the street and being in charge of birthdays. Everyone always requests Pinkitzel!

Picked up my granddaughters from school and we were excited to go to Pinkitzel for a “half” birthday celebration cupcake. Asked a simple question and the response from the woman behind the counter was surprisingly unfriendly and snippy. Was prepared to overpay for cupcakes and candy, but not for the unwelcoming vibe. We had a little “discussion” about her attitude. Says she’s the owner. On the way out, after paying almost $30 for 3 cupcakes and two cheap candies, she sniped about having to “clean” our table, where we had neatly stacked our 3 cupcake holders and left a few crumbs.Came in happy, left unhappy. Not a good business model. I can see now why we were the only ones in the store, which is beautiful and my grandkids love going there. If only there weren’t those pesky customers to bother the owner!! We’ll help you out. We won’t be back.

I loved popping into this cute sweets shop! The atmosphere was so clean and welcoming, the Manager Lindsay was so friendly and helpful explaining to me what everything is! I had the BEST boba drink with strawberry popping boba and I swear the most DELICIOUS cupcake with the cutest little malt ball on top! ? Got my cupcake in my little to-go bag and had a fabulous rest of my day all thanks to Pinkitzel!

The cutest sweet shop ever! Heaven for kids! Soo many selections of candy chocolates cookies and cupcakes. Icecream and cotton candy also. Candyland for sure!!!! Private parking lot- sometimes full sometimes not. The icecream is so good and not too watery as melts. If you have sweet tooth, beware! Custom cupcakes for events as well. Love love this place!! It's too cute

I've been to Pinkitzel multiple times in the past, but this was my first time going to this location. I went in with my three young kids and mom this past week. The kids and I were so excited to pick out a sweet treat! The person behind the counter (Lindsey) seemed annoyed to be helping with our order. After paying for our cookies and cupcakes, my mom asked if she could have some small sacks so the kids could carry their treats out. The lady responded "no". Confused, my mom stated, "You don't have small sacks?" To which Lindsey replied "no I don't have any". My mom asked what her name was, at which point she began raising her voice and said, "I'm Lindsey and I'm the manager!" I was very caught of guard and turned to my kids to leave. No one said another thing to her as we were walking out, but regardless, she began straight up yelling super passive-aggressive statements, including: "I hope you don't let a bag ruin your entire day!" My toddler looked at me wide-eyed. It was horrifying. Once we got all the way outside of the shop, I got a video of her still yelling. You can hear it from all the way outside... it was the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Needless to say, we will never be going back.

The store is cute. Before they moved there was more giftable options. I miss the other spot. The cupcakes and other treats are not exceptional enough to carry such a extortionate price tag. I don't know how they stay in business. Why little places like this don't understand lower prices mean better business.

Everything is delicious. Everything is cute. The shop is clean. Staff is friendly. I shop here often, but I cringe at the prices though. 3.45 for a cupcake. It's good but not 3.45 good. Cmon guys. You'd still make money if it was 2.45.

I’ve been to Pink Itzel numerous times and have had the most wonderful experience, until today. Whoever the employee was that was working around 2 o’clock today is the reason I will not be coming back. Last year around this time, I came into Pink Itzel and Pink Easy and browsed around, took pictures, and got a sweet treat! The stores have such incredible atmosphere’s and are so fun! Today while I was waiting to use the restroom, I was taking pictures and noticed the employee kept watching my friends and I, not really thinking anything of it. After waiting for a while, I went up to the employee to ask if I needed a key to use the restroom, to which her response was “are you just taking pictures or are you going to buy something?” in a really snotty tone. I told her I was taking pictures while I was waiting to use the restroom, and then she responded with “ This is exactly why we are cautious with our public restroom”. After her tone and demeanor, my friends and I left with no intention to buy anything due to her attitude. As we were walking out the door, she started shouting to another customer in the store “They literally only came in here to take pictures!” We had every intention to purchase a cupcake to take more pictures with, but not after that. Really upsetting!

Merritt's Bakery, Whole Foods, and Queenies is where I suggest to go. This place is overpriced and they keep moving their location, which I presume is due to rent costs for their business. If the icing for the cakes were served to taste fresh, and everything else weren't so highly priced, we might have tried again. Only been twice. If you want to be extra bougie, I recommend Queenies!!

What a disappointment! Cupcakes were literally frozen solid. Saltwater taffy was hard as a rock. Who would ever imagine that you would go into such a beautiful place, who, specializes in cupcakes, and get a frozen one? bu

Intimate ice cream and candy shop. Lots of candy options, only a few ice cream options though. Good vibes, unfriendly and impatient service.

Visited tonight and got 3 macarons and a cupcake. Cupcake was goodbut the macarons were awful. They all tasted and smelled like old oil, even though macatons don't have oil in them. Disappointed because for $3.95 each, we expected a better quality.
