The workers were great, but the pizza wasn't as good as usual. I'm pretty sure it's the ingredients though and not the workers. The food was hot and my order was right, but the quality and taste has gone down it seems. The workers were all friendly and polite and were quick to help me though. The service was great!

I ordered through the app. They supposedly sent thru Doordash. They went to the wrong location. We're no more than 15 mins away at riverside and Peoria. If I could've chosen a pizza hut on THIS side of the damn rivetr, I would have! At least I got my money back..

The person working applied a coupon that I didn’t even know about that saved me about 10% off on my total order cost. Excellent customer service! Will use this location again for sure!

Want to thank Pizza Hut for stealing my money, while being completely useless at resolving the issue. They can sure take the money instantly, but of their system screws up and loses the order, apparently NOBODY can find any information about it. Placed an order for dinner online, got an immediate notification from my financial app that the money had been taken, but never got the normal order confirmation email from Pizza Hut. Gave it about 15-20 minutes just in case something was running slow in the system, then started calling. Spent about the next hour getting bounced around between 2 stores, the local call center, given a bogus number to corporate, finally getting a working number to Hut Rewards, who then gave me the number to Customer Satisfaction. More like Customer Who Cares, we've already got your money. Everybody had the same ridiculous story, they "don't have access" to find the transaction, and nothing they can do. Give the money a few days to process, then try calling back for a refund. Absolutely ZERO reason with today's technology that if they can take the money instantly, they can't also refund it instantly when they screw up and don't supply the product you paid for!

Rude staff, I went inside to place an order. I stood there for almost 10 mins while they just looked at me, they did not greet me. I was then ignored, when I said hello. I just ended up leaving. I understand you can be busy but they didn’t say not one word. No “I’ll be right with you” or anything. Customer service is zero stars. I will never go to this location again.
