All though the pizza hut is small, with only a phew worker. The service and the friendly and chill atmosphere is worth it. Because it's so small not many people go to this one but I recommend it highly. There both fast and very Efficient. Also not gonna lie, whoever is behind the cooking there needs a raise. They seem to have master the craft of making a order to perfect detail. ?????

I would like to compliment the MGMT in particular and the kitchen generally, for their handling of business during a rather busy peak time around 7:30pm Friday eve, Mar. 22. GM, I assume, made provision for a coupon price which was missing from the app. Online ordering process. Thanks to all. Also one of the tastier PH pies I've had in awhile.

The food would be ok if you actually received it most times if you order from this location alone your order is marked stolen and they won't refund your order or remake it and blame the whole ordeal on their door dash delivery service now I know that yes that can happen but not everything you order why use them if it happens this many times

I will never order from Pizza Hut again. They outsource all delivery through doordash which will ensure that your food shows up cold. When you have an issue with any missing items you won’t find help in the app, through calling the store, or through calling their answering service. Even the guy from the call center said that he doesn’t eat pizza hut and didn’t want to take my complaints. I’ve never had such careless food in my entire life and I regret my entire purchase. I’ll eat somewhere where they actually care to talk to a customer or care about at least getting the customer what they ordered. It’s literally theft to make a process like refunds so hard that no one will chase it down, they know it, and they don’t care.

I put in an order on Christmas Eve around 5pm and it said it would be there by 6. Around 6:15 I called to check in and was answered and put on hold indefinitely. I hung up after 10minutes and called back and went to their customer service hotline. They attempted to route me to the store and it sent me back. I don’t know ny through this 8 different times after being dropped when transferred. One of the employees said this store had been called in on several times and was “being petty and not answering or refunding like they’re supposed to.” Finally at 7:20pm they notified me that the store had closed for the night and I would be issued a refund within 5 business days automatically. Having to find food options that late on a Holiday after hours of waiting was the difficult. I understand being busy but if you’re unable to fulfill an order atleast communicate that.

This place is horrible I order a food for delivery and 3 times in a row they sent me the wrong order i my order was 50$ & the manager lied and said the only thing on my ticket was wings & fries and that they was not re’making my order my door dasher also told them the order was wrong and the manager told them they wasn’t gonna do nothing anything about it so I sent someone to the Pizza Hut store on Peoria while I was at work to re’fund my my order..the person that work the night before confirmed my order and told the manager & she still refused to make it are re’fund my money so I will never order from this Pizza Hut again are recommended it to anyone else
