I just went here for a quesadilla and a bowl. My quesadilla wasn’t even cut up into pieces, on top of that the lady that was making it didn’t spread out any of my protein so half of the quesadilla was just tortilla. My chips and queso were only filled it up like a 3rd of the way. I’ve worked here before and I know these sound like negligible things but it makes a world of difference when I spend 35$ on a meal just for everything to be not right. I was completely nice the entire time so I dont think she was mad at me or something but she either doesn’t care to make her food good or wasn’t trained properly. Again I’ve worked here before. The job is not hard.

Spent $75 on veggie bowls but the rice was so undercooked & hard to chew that we had to waste so much food. Them being take-out veggie bowls, majority of the content was rice :( A few of my family members even got stomach ache from eating them. Tried to call them but nobody picks up the phone.

I didn’t get sick from eating here but it was less than impressive for sure.We were also overcharged but didn’t realize until after we had left.

some of the worst customer service i’ve ever had! and normally im gracious because im a server and bartender myself but this was just crazy. there were two black men working tonight (i’m black too so it’s not a race thing) and one of them saw the line getting long and walked up from the whole time being on his phone. he was taking his sweet time. and when he finally got off his phone he put it in his pocket and started serving us, he didn’t even wash his hands. then tried to give me and other customers old dry chicken until i asked if he had any fresh. there was a whole new container sitting on the back counter. i got charged for double chicken too! i then asked him for help with my rewards and he was like “i don’t know” and so i told him nevermind on the chips and queso and he still charged me for it. and then it took an extra 3 minutes to get my refund back. i felt bad for holding up the line :/

I love Qdoba but we experienced horrible service at this store. The server acted liked we were bothering him & didn't seem like he want to speak to us.. Food was great like always but customer service sucked. We spent over $60 & the customers after us walked out during ordering because the server was rude..

The food and atmosphere were good, but I really wanted to commend the service. We were at the Tulsa Hills location on a Saturday afternoon (9/16/23) and there was only ONE employee working, who turned out to be the district manager (didn’t catch her name). She gave excellent service, didn’t seem phased at all by the situation, was very friendly, and really represented Qdoba! She was even cleaning tables! Kudos to this employee- she needs three raises, Qdoba!
