It's fine I like this place but I hear a manager there likes to say slurs. Additionally there are plenty of other canes you can go to:)

Ordered 2 kids meals with large drinks. The chicken was barely warm. The fries smelled and tasted like old rancid oil. It was not even consumable. Instead of upsizing the drinks for the kids meal, they list them as no drink, then charge you ful price for the large drinks. This is a new location, and paying $19.00 for 2 kids meals with large drinks (which is insane), they should be doing better. We'll just make the drive to the 71st and 169 location where the food is ALWAYS hot and fresh!

Shout out to Oz and Lee and the back of house staff that never get enough recognition! I didn't get the pink haired managers name, but kudos to her as well, she does a great job of keeping everyone on her team smiling and upbeat!!!

Person taking orders needs to slow down, there was only one other car in drive thru. I felt very rushed when trying to place my order in the drive thru. .

This is probably my favorite place to eat! My family says that I'm low maintenance for this, but it's undefeated . The food is so great. The bread is like no other texas toast I've ever had (and I've had a lot ). The chicken is always hot when it comes out and it's scrumptious! By far the best chicken fingers I've had. The fries are definitely controversial as they don't have much salt, but this brings me to my next point, the sauce!! Cane's sauce is the best fast food sauce I've ever had. It's taste is unique and has lots of flavors. Everytime I dip my food in and have a bite it's like a party in my mouth! I think they need to start selling it at grocery stores like Chick-fil-a sauce. I normally run through the drive through at this location, but the times I have been in the cashier is super nice and they are quick about getting my food. I've never had an order messed up even though I have special instructions. The one issue I have isn't with the location but with the franchise. You only get one small container of canes sauce, so make sure to ask for extra. The tables are nice and there is a variety to choose from. The lighting is very cool and includes a disco ball on the ceiling, which the kids love to look at! Over all, I will be coming here again and again!!!!!

Great chicken just down the street that doesn't have a line of cars wrapped around the building every night!

The chicken strips are hot, meaty, and juicy. The toast is great. The sauce is amazing. The fries are ok but are best used as a delivery system for sauce. The coleslaw is mid but can be swapped out in a combo for extra toast or fries which I would suggest. My only complaint is that you can have everything on the menu in one trip. A Caniac combo has chicken strips, fries, toast, coleslaw, and sauce, and that's everything they sell. The only variant is the chicken sandwich which is just 3 chicken strips on a bun, so the only thing you can get that isn't included in the Caniac combo is a bun. I wish they had some more main and side options like KFC or Zaxby's or Popeye's. The staff is nice, the service is quick, the price point is fair.
