Tlachichila is a small town located in the Mexican state of Zacatecas. Its nickname is Tlachis so I'm assuming that is where the owners are from. This restaurant is definitely a hole in the wall and has a very chill/casual vibe. The food is absolutely delicious. The service is fast and friendly. It is a very unassuming place and reminds me of home in its cooking. Their menu is pretty extensive. It is available both in Spanish and English. They offer the staple dishes like tacos, fajitas, nacho, quesadillas, seafood, eggs, burritos, tortas, gorditas... They have special meats available on Saturday and Sundays like birria. It is such a treat! Birria is a spicy stew, traditionally made from beef but occasionally made from goat meat or mutton. It is also common during the weekend to see an accordion player, which adds to the atmosphere of the place. They have delivery available through DoorDash.
