We usually love to go to Ridge Grill. This time not so much. We had reservations and were seated when we arrived. We waited 15 minutes before anyone even brought us water and acknowledged us. After another 15 minutes we had to ask to be waited on. Our waiter was not very apologetic and never once came back to ask us how we were doing and if we needed anything. I was very disappointed. The food was excellent as usual but I have never had that bad of service there.
The Ridge Grill is a hidden gem! I recently had the pleasure of dining with family and friends and it was another remarkable dining experience. The ambiance was a perfect blend of sophistication and warmth, with soft lighting, tasteful décor, and professionalism. Went to dinner with my wife and another couple. The ladies both had Dover Sole. It was delicious! I had Filet which was flavorful and tender. Nice mellow music made for a VERY pleasant experience.
