I’m never getting another cup of coffee from this place that I used to love. Prices have become outrageous. Additionally, you feel as though you have to tip when they shove the card reader at you. I’m afraid if I don’t tip, they won’t make the coffee well. A CUP OF SMALL COFFEE (with one extra shot) SHOULD NOT COST THE SAME PRICE AS A MEAL.

It was ok. The staff provided great service. I wasn't a fan of the loaded biscuit or the rockeccino. Just wasn't my preferred taste. The biscuit was more of an egg consistency. It did seem to take a while foor the order.

My lattes are only ever sugary milk. I even ask for an extra shot of espresso and still taste no coffee. Just horrible, especially for how expensive it is.

Usually 5 star. This morning ordered oatmeal. (Ask if I wanted honey or cream in it) no thank you just regular. Got to work and opened the sack. No spoon. Hmmm eat with my fingers? Then realized the oatmeal had never been cooked. Uh? Never happened before. No one was behind me in line but obviously in a hurry. Never had this happen. So can't give food more than a 1, should be a zero. I'll write a good reveiw next tine if this gets right. Actually love the place but this is ridiculous. A bit irritating when medically I'm supposed to have something healthy for breakfast. Let alone just ready for this oatmeal, which btw, is really good if served like it should be. Come on folks, you can do better!!!

Local business!!! Love them! The tea is amazing! The hot chocolate and White Mocha Rocketchino is very good. Definitely give them a try if you haven't. They offer the best price to value ratio.

Of course I was a normal Starbies girl until I moved to Broken Arrow. I tried rocket for the first time the beginning of the week and I haven't not gone anywhere else since.The customer service Is ALWAYS great with the women that work at this specific location ?The coffees I've been getting so far has been Snickerdoodle 10/10 white Coconut mocha 10/10 pumpkin pie 10/10 flavors and everything was just amazing. They really know what they doing and glad my partner and I have a new home coffee shop. ??
I come here every day before my shift and the ladies working are always so sweet and friendly. They make my experience so special every time.

Taste great just not getting that eye popping wake up call that you expect to get from a huge calorie coffee drink it's more like a coffee flavored milkshake they are great tasting though would love more wake-up ???
