First time I've had a bad experience with Ron's. I ordered the brunch hamburger and chili cheese fries and they weren't fresh.

DO NOT ORDER CHICKEN HERE... gave them a second chance .. the waiters are always super sweet man.. so I hate knocking this place but only come here for burgers or chilli.. FYI I should have knew the chicken was going to be mids LOL but other then that Ron's is a great establishment just sad me and the fiancé were not happy with our meal... FORGOT .. they also had the worst .. I mean worst fries I've had in my 49 years of living ... under cooked no seasoning.. just YUCK

So I typically love going to Ron’s and I have gone to several. Usually the food is fast, fresh, portions are generous, and tasty. Today a friend and I went on our lunch break to the one in The Farm Shopping Center at 51st and Sheridan. It took 40mins from the time we placed our order to get our food, my coworker had to cancel his order due to time, and I was given maybe 8 pieces of little chicken chunks and a little plate of fries. Also there was almost no seasoning if any. Sadly disappointed

Every time I got the wait staff is always kind. I only come when Waylon is in the kitchen. I’ve gone so many times I’m biased now. He does so amazing. The food is cheap but don’t let that fool you. You can tell time and care went into everything. A plus guys.

I get a grilled chicken salad every time I come, and it’s always cooked amazingly perfect. The lettuce is never soggy and the chicken is always cooked to perfection. The waitress always has a smile and a kind word. They treat me like family!
My go to for Ron's Hamburgers has always been the Broken Arrow location, however I recently got the Ron's Special at the the Farm Shopping Center location and not only was the service I received outstanding, but the chef (the gray haired guy) was also outstanding and the food was in a class by itself. I will continue to go out of my way this is the best food on the planet!
I went the first time to Ron's on 1-23-24. When I walked in, I just stood there wondering if I sit down, or go to the back window by the kitchen to order. No one approached me, so I saw some menus on the table and just sat down. I then realized the table had crumbs and stains. The table had not been cleaned. When I came in, there were 2 ladies at the back table texting on their cell phones. One finally got up and came over to take my order. I then realized they were the waitresses. I ordered the special which was the chili burger and fries. The waitress went back over to the table and again was texting. While waiting for my food I was looking around. I saw 4 tables that were dirty with plates and glasses. The staff should have been cleaning tables rather than texting on their phones. When I got my chili burger, the burger was completely covered with chili. Could not see the burger. While eating it, the meat patty was about 1/8 thick! I saw the cook sit down at the table with the 2 waitresses and start to text. Very unprofessional. Very disappointed with the food and staff. I also took pictures of the waitresses and cook texting if the owner wants to see it! Won't be back.

Service is so good first of all and then the Food is fabulous the burgers are perfectly cooked and so flavorful The Spanish fries are the best with the grilled onions and jalapeños. Could be the best burgers in Oklahoma. You have got to try

Food made myself and 2 people sick. Waiter left halfway through meal. Fries were soggy and half of the 2 patty melts were burnt. All together very rude and I don't recommend going here. It was a nice diner but horrible on everything else.
