Love this place! We stopped in after a concert last night and the hospitality was off the chart. The owner, manager and wait staff treated us like we were family! The food and drinks were off the charts! Next time we are in town we will definitely revisit this place. Highly recommend!

Absolutely horrible experience! The fact that it was 7:00 on a Friday night and the restaurant was basically empty should have been a dead giveaway. The wait staff had careless attitudes. The food took half an hour to arrive with literally no orders in front of us. Our waiter forgot to write down our 2 yr old daughter’s order and was un apologetic about his mistake. The food was over priced for the portion size with unremarkable flavors. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone; unless you want them to have a bad experience, then it’ll be perfect :)

Had pulled pork nachos and Sangria. The waiter brought us chips and 3 kinds of salsas,, (we had never been there before). Everything was great! He also brought us 3 kinds of siracha for the nachos. The nachos were the best I’ve ever had. The Sangria was very tasty also. Wait staff was very friendly and accommodating! Rosa’s is a great place.

Great casual downtown spot with indoor and outdoor seating (pups allowed on patio). They have a fab happy hour with $5 margs. I love their shrimp & slaw and get it just about every time I go! Shoutout to our server Lucky - my husband, 15 of his coworkers and I took over half the restaurant, and he handled every single order without a hitch! Love going here and will be back soon.Vegetarian options: There is a vegan item on the menu and a few items can be made vegan upon requestParking: Parking on site is free unless there is an event at BOK center

Service was decent. Salsa tasted like marinara. We were forced to put table of 8 or more on one check. Cheese was cold & hard. Limited menu. Not a good experience for us. Dos Equis was good and chips were good.

Love love love the frozen margarita and sangria combo great location next to the BOK and in the heart of downtown Tulsa!
Good food. We went on a Saturday early evening so it wasn't busy yet. We stayed downtown and Rosa's was a short walk from the Hyatt. Service was good. We had queso and chips, and tacos. We tried the barbacoa tacos and chicken tacos. Both were very tasty and the portion size didn't skimp at all. We enjoyed our meal from beginning to end.

ROSA is one of the Best in tulsa when looking for just good Margaritas, tacos and snacks. Service is always top notch. We ordered some beef flautas and one I bit into contained a whole toothpick. The server was quick to issue a sincere apology and upon exiting gave me a gift card to cover the loss of appetite I had. Wife and I regular here

It's way too bright in this place. Service not so great but they looked understaffed. Didn't have any silverware so my husband had to get up and get some. The pork tacos were good but the fried fish was BLAND. Definitely won't eat here again but it didn't break the bank.
