A new experience for me. The smoothies list looks delicious, nutritional, something to enjoy while being mindful of your health.I wasn't too impressed with the service. The girl who called for my name could barely be heard and just place the drink on the counter and left. I asked to be sure if that was my drink but she hardly acknowledged me.

Sadly I wont be going back to Smoothie King after my last experience. I ordered 1 smoothie and purchased 1 small bag of waffle chips. Totaling approx 20. after taxes. I then realized I had been overcharged when I noticed a 5.00 price tag on the chips. So they refunded me on what I had paid but wouldnt resell me the chips at the 5.00 sticker price. Get this...I had already opened the bag and had eaten a few before they refunded what I paid. Now they had the partially consumed bag of chips in their possesion and wouldnt let me pay sticker price. The lady clerk said was because the prices had been marked up on them that day but that she hadnt marked it on the bag before I had prchased them. I asked what are they going to do with them and she said throw them in the trash. I told her I was willing to buy them back for sticker price 5 plus taxes and they said they cant because of their cash register and because mgmt wouldnt let them. Therefore I was frustrated for 1) getting overcharged 2) then my partially eaten bag of chips taken away, 3) they wouldnt honor the $5. sticker price marked on bag. Therefore, I cancelled my order and got my 20, back and left the place. They let me leave unhappy without a bit of care or concern on their poor customer service. Later I telephoned their corporate to inform them on a recorder but no reply. That recently happened at the smoothie king in Tulsa on 41st and yale. Good luck to them, I wish I couldve written a nice review.

Place HAS horrible service we didn't even get what we ordered after waiting for well over 20 minutes..customers all got there orders besides us..i will not step foot in this place Again..
