I order food on uber eats fromThis location and The food packaging is not sealed properly and needs to be taped up to prevent tampering. I don’t trust eating this food because it’s open to airborne contaminants. Why deliver food that is not packaged appropriately and open to the air? I called and they lied and said they placed stickers on it this is how it was delivered

I was waiting in line for 10 minutes to order a drink (I was at the speaker for the drive through). I called to find out if there was a problem…the woman who answered the phone was rude, simply said we are short-staffed and trying to get caught up. She made no apology for the delay. When I asked if I should wait, she said rudely, “if you want.” Everyone has a bad day, has to deal with issues, but have some sense of customer service. I won’t be back.

It took us 30 minutes to get our food. We ordered on the app and waited at the stall for 10 minutes and no one came. We have to get out the car and check and was told the order wasn’t showing. After the staff checked again, they do have the order and receipt. Very badly managed store.

There is NO customer service at this place. Lady working on a Monday at 12:15 was very rude! 15-20 just to pick up my mobile order, oh wait, she turned off her speaker and didn’t listen to me.

I normally enjoy sonic iced coffees. Ordered an iced coffee in the drive thru today. Should've tasted it before I drove away, because it was vile. Like spoiled milk.I had to roll down the window and spit it out. Absolute waste of money. Huge danger.

This location needs to be shut down. Escalating to the franchisee won’t help; he/she obviously doesn’t care. This is on Sonic the franchisor for not coming down on the franchisee. There is a Sonic near 111th and Memorial that is much better, and probably has a different franchisee.

Tried making it in before close with 20 minutes to spare, and was told they were only doing fried items, and I let them know I just wanted two milkshakes, they said that worked because they were actually also doing ice cream, so I ordered and then was told my options weren’t available, quickly ran down the road to the memorial/91st location and got taken care of with 10 minutes to spare before close.

Took them over 20 mins to make 3 drinks and cheddar bites I almost left there were cars leaving while waiting bc they were so slow and not even busy at the time and when I ordered I could hear laughing and cussing in the background and the girl taking my order was laughing and said is that all after every word I said then the one that brought out our stuff never apologized and had to go in 2x once she forgot how much change to give me then she forgot straws idk what is up with this place but it was absolute sh;+ I won't go back

This sonic needs to close. They’re drive in lanes are always closed and they’ve started take them down. Every time we’ve been recently they’ve been out of what we’ve ordered.
