Ordered Popcorn chicken and while temperature was ok The chicken was dry except a couple big pcs were dry around the out part These need to be made fresh or old ones thrown out after limited time and served after sitting around too long Other than that I used the $1.99 deal in the app and Great customer serviceParking: Parking numbered spacesKid-friendliness: Kids meal

This is now the THIRD time I have ordered a pretzel stick & mozzarella sticks & I get home to find that they didn’t put the cheese sauce OR marinara sauce in my bag & I have to go all the way back. Isn’t it a given that when you order those 2 things that you should automatically be given those 2 dips? From now on if I EVER go back to that sonic I will make sure I have them before I leave even though I feel I shouldn’t have to do that. Also, one of the lids to the drinks in the drink carrier wasn’t sealed all the way & it leaked everywhere, all over my car on the way home. Seems like the people working there are either lazy or just don’t care, or both. I just saw all the other negative reviews at this location so I’ll probably never go back as I’m sure nothing will be done about the incompetence at this location, I’ll probably just get some automated response telling me to reach out to corporate but nothing will actually be done.

I sat in the drive thru for over 30mins, then when I finally get to the window, I’m watching the cook, he doesn’t have any gloves on, he eating the cheese as he putting it on a hot dog that he is making… Theres Only 2 workers working! They other worker comes to the window and she is scratching her skin non stop (very unsanitary) when I asked her why is he eating the food and not wearing gloves, she didn’t say anything and just gave me my money back! The way this Sonic looks on the outside I shouldn’t have STOPPED and keptgoing

Beware* last night, 11/26/23, my husband went to this location to get me a large sweet tea. now I don't know if this was done on accident or not but please be careful getting their tea. i took one sip and all you could taste was some type of cleaner IN MY CUP. imagine if a child drank that and didn't know better. maybe they were cleaning up because it was late but there is really no excuse for my drink to have some type of cleaning product in it. the reviews for this location are pretty terrible though so we will drive farther to a different location from now on.

There were no customers in the car hops and only 2 people in the drive thru. I sat there for 20 min waiting on my food while 2 employees smoked weed in the parking lot.. needless to say I left without paying. This generation is a bunch of clowns! I truly fear for the future of this nation.. I might add I will never eat there again I was pissed

11/27/23 Good food, fast service, very reasonabley priced for fast food chain. They don't have that many spots any more, less than half the bays don't have screens.

In the last 4 years of going here, I've watched this place go from being a pleasure, to garbage.I used to be able to go here, the staff would know me. I would have my order in less than 5 minutesNow, most of the stalls have been pulled. The stalls that are there, barely work, or they are powered down cause of a lack of staff. The store sign was torn down in a storm months ago, and it was never replaced. It's ran down.Today, I went in being the only customer. It took 15 minutes waiting in the drive thru. I was given the wrong order.

My cheeseburger needed extra mayo and my sons had plenty extra. We asked for extra on his and I didn't want mine that sloppy. My bun was old or something ... It was chewy and tough.Shakes were wonderful as always when I get them from that Sonic.

Repeated order three times, still managed to be messed up. Was left and the window on purpose for an extended amount of time while they walked outside to serve cars begubd me. I am a very patient and understanding person but the level of pettiness and audacity from workers is starting to get a little excessive.
