The food is good and service used to be good and it's not anymore. This is the third time we had a bad experience. Today we sat down and waited 20 minutes for our glasses of wine. When ordering them, the waitress didn't have a pen so she had to ask us twice what were the wines we wanted so she could remember. We had order an appetizer first thing, and after 30 minutes we had to ask where it was. The waitress said that we "got missed" (other tables that arrived later than us were getting their orders, and the place was not busy because it was a late lunch) and the appetizer would be ready soon. Ok, I was going to wait, but then she said, "by the way, can you remind me what your food order was? I remember one of the things you ordered, but not the other." So I guess she hadn't put the food order yet. We also didn't get any refills on water the whole time. We told her we didn't want to wait and asked for the check. The check wouldn't arrive and finally she shows up with our appetizer (at this point 40 minutes after we sat). We said we were just going to leave. She didn't charge us, which was good. We left after 40 minutes without having eaten. This is a place where you can easily pay 50-100 per person for lunch. It's is unbelievable they have this kind of service. Please invest in some PENS for service staff so they remember what you order. We wanted to do a special lunch, but this didn't bring me any joy.

had the recommended lamb shank which was good enough but would have been better with less salt and had more vegetables.also had the mousse which was prettily presented but was missing flavor in the mousse.server was a complete sweetheart and made the overall experience to five stars.

The food was quite expensive for the quality. I ordered lamb, which turned out to be a soup, something not mentioned on the menu. My wife ordered ravioli with chicken, which was also served as a soup and was not good at all. We then ordered a chocolate mousse, which took 15 minutes to arrive and tasted similar to a store-bought one with some berries. The wine and service were both good, but the food only deserves a 5 out of 10, and that's being generous.

We enjoy our meals at Stonehorse. We also like the to-go store next door.

Was in a rush, place was busy. Got an order to g, sat at the bar for a glass of vino. Order was ready within 15 mins. Was shocked at how good healthy food could be, so full of flavor. I definitely intend to come back, maybe then, I'll have enough time to really enjoy the atmosphere, as well.

The food is always EXCELLENT, the staff can be very nice but if you don't have a reservation don't bother and they'll make you feel like a lower class citizen if you don't have one. The bar is my favorite spot. Great people, great interaction, great recommendations. It's very small inside and you'll most likely be sitting close to someone else but does have outside seating as well and the food will be worth it and can be a bit pricey depending on what tax bracket you're in and what you order. Just call ahead and make a reservation or plan on sitting at the bar.

Delicious, classic food in an upscale atmosphere! Their spinach quiche with roasted potato wedges and field greens makes a great Saturday brunch. Staff is brisk, but helpful and well-trained. Make reservations, or be prepared to wait, especially if you want to sit outside. After your meal, stroll down to their market/bakery for something to take home.

The food at this restaurant is a 10 out of 10, every time. Innovative, delicious, beautiful. They don't just slop food on a plate and bring it out. Every dish is blockbuster delicious. Just go. Don't miss the market next door, where you can buy their food to take home. Live you, Stonehorse Cafe!!!

We went to Stonehorse for dinner and were both stunned and disgusted when our meal was interrupted by BUGS scurrying across our table between us! Management couldn't have handled the situation any worse than they did, and then (to add insult to injury) the food was sob-par. Tip: Even without the insect problem, the prices here are WAY too high when you consider the poor quality of their cuisine I'd suggest that you skip this place and eat anywhere else!

We went here for Valentine’s Day & had such a nice night! Our server was so sweet, and the atmosphere was luxurious with dim lighting & soft music. The moscato d’asti was delicious, the burger was good, and the Caesar salad with salmon was amazing!

Love the ever-changing menu. Great made-in-house bread that also changes. Friendly bar staff and overall great servers. One of my favorite places to visit in Utica Square.

We had reservations and had to wait only about 5 mins. From what we gleaned the server didn’t make it for her shift so they called someone in. The server who helped us was awesome though. She more than made up for the short wait.
